Study On The Mechanism Of Rhubarb Zhechong Capsule In Preventing And Treating Early DR Based On Network Pharmacology

Objective: To explore the mechanism of Rhubarb Zhechong capsule in Preventing and Treating early DR by using network pharmacology.Methods:Based on the pharmacological database of traditional Chinese medicine system and related literature,the active components of rhubarb Zhechong capsule were obtained,and the active components and their potential targets were screened out according to the parameters.In Gene Cards database,Drugbank3.0 database,Therapeutic Target Database database,with “non-proliferative diabetic retinopathy ” as the keyword to search for potential targets of early DR.The Venn diagram was used to select the common targets of drugs and diseases,and then the common targets were imported into the String database for analysis,and the core network diagram of protein interaction was established.Finally,an enrichment analysis for common targets will be performed.Results: A total of 223 active pharmaceutical ingredients,896 component targets,96 disease targets,and 33 common targets were obtained.A total of 617 items were identified by GO enrichment analysis,and 76 signaling pathways were identified by KEGG enrichment analysis.Conclusion:The mechanism of rhubarb Zhechong capsule in preventing and treating early DR may be related to anti-inflammation,antioxidation,inhibition of neovascularization,inhibition of apoptosis and so on.
