Based On The Real World,the Study On The Medication Rules Of The Four Gentlemen’s Soup Formula For The Treatment Of Diarrhea And Spleen Deficiency In Children Is Discussed

Objective:Collect the medical records of children with diarrhea(spleen deficiency syndrome)from ancient and modern times,sort out and summarize their prescriptions and syndromes,reveal the specific symptoms of Sijunzi Decoction in the treatment of infantile diarrhea(spleen deficiency syndrome),grasp its clinical application rules,and further guide clinical application.Methods: After the standardization of syndromes,disease names and drug names,the cases of using the four gentlemen’s prescriptions(Shenling Baizhu Powder,Qiwei Baizhu Powder,Yigong Powder,Jianpi Pills)were screened,and ancient medical records and modern medical records databases were established respectively.Statistical analysis was carried out on the medical records of spleen deficiency and diarrhea,and its specific symptoms were summarized.Results:The common characteristics of diarrhea due to spleen deficiency,according to the frequency,are summarized as: anorexia,thin body,mental fatigue,abdominal pain,abdominal distension,constipation,nausea and vomiting,pale complexion,cold hands and feet,pale tongue,thin pulse,and pale fingerprints.Shenling Baizhu San is often used for the manifestations of dampness pathogens such as bowel roaring and inconvenience in urination,and is often used in combination with spleen-invigorating and dampness-drying products;Jianpi Pills are commonly used in food stagnation,such as foul stool,bad breath,and dark red lips,and is often used in combination with Xiaoshi and The product of the stomach;Yigongsan is more common in cough,shortness of breath,shortness of breath,heavy lower abdomen,lung and spleen weakness,and limb stiffness,convulsions,blue face and lips,and blue-colored stools.Liver calms the heart and reconciles Shaoyang,raises yang and lifts depression;Qiweibaizhusan is often used for fever,thirst,irritability,less urination,and sunken fontanelle.product.Conclusions:The Four Gentlemen’s Prescriptions have the common characteristics of invigorating Qi and strengthening the spleen,and also have the characteristics of dampness,digestion,reconciliation,and fluid production.In clinical application,drugs are added or subtracted according to the different syndromes.
