| OBJECTIVE : To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of the treatment of functional heartburn of the weak spleen and stomach type with the application of the He Gastric Formula based on the theory of "Yin Huo".METHODS : From December 2020 to December 2021,60 patients with functional heartburn who were identified as weak spleen and stomach and met the diagnostic criteria of functional heartburn(FH)in the outpatient clinic and ward of the Department of Spleen and Gastroenterology,Linyi Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine,Affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group,with 30 patients in each group.The two groups were comparable in terms of age and gender(P > 0.05).The control group was given omeprazole plus Dexin,while the treatment group was treated with " He Gastric Formula" Chinese medicine granules on the basis of the control group,with four weeks as a course of treatment and three consecutive courses of treatment.Results:1.Intra-group comparison: Patients in both groups showed different degrees of improvement in TCM symptom scores and anxiety scores after 1,2and 3 courses of treatment(P < 0.05),but there was no significant difference in insomnia and dreaminess in the control group at the second course compared with that before treatment(P > 0.05).2.Comparison between groups: In the first course of treatment,the treatment group showed significant improvement in the heartburn symptom score compared with the control group(P < 0.05),but there was no significant difference in the score of paleness,loss of appetite,fatigue,insomnia and anxiety(P > 0.05);in the second course of treatment,there was no significant difference in the score of loss of appetite symptom score and anxiety score in the treatment group compared with the control group(P > 0.05),and there was no significant difference in the score of In the second course of treatment,there was no significant difference in the score of paleness,loss of appetite,fatigue,insomnia and anxiety(P > 0.05);in the second course of treatment,there was no significant difference in the score of loss of appetite symptom score and anxiety score in the treatment group compared with the control group(P > 0.05),and there was no significant difference in the score of In the second course of treatment,there was no significant difference between the treatment group and the control group in terms of symptoms of loss of appetite and anxiety(P>0.05),and there was significant improvement in heartburn,tastelessness,fatigue,insomnia and excessive dreaming(P<0.05);in the third course of treatment,there was significant improvement between the treatment group and the control group in terms of heartburn,tastelessness,loss of appetite,fatigue,insomnia and excessive dreaming(P<0.05).3.Comparison of apparent healing rate: 1st course: total effective rate in the control group: 16.67%,total effective rate in the treatment group:4 0%;2nd course: total effective rate in the control group: 43%,total effective rate in the treatment group: 70%;3rd course: total effective rate in the control group: 63%,total effective rate in the treatment group: 83%,the total effective rate in the treatment group was better than that in the control group in all courses.4.Safety comparison: No adverse reactions occurred in the three courses of treatment in both groups,and there were no abnormal safety indexes in both groups before and after the study.Conclus ion : Based on the theory of "Yin Huo",the application of the formula for the treatment of functional heartburn of the weak spleen and stomach has its superiority,which can significantly improve the main clinical symptoms and the quality of life of patients,and after the treatment course,the anxiety and depression scores of the treatment group were significantly lower than those of the control group,and the safety indexes of patients in the treatment group before and after the treatment were not After the treatment course,the anxietydepression scores of the treatment group were significantly lower than those of the control group. |
