Objective The purpose of this study is to observe the nursing effect of stirrup acupuncture on patients with spleen and stomach weak pregnancy dyspraxia under the guidance of the classical theory of Chinese medicine and to provide TCM nursing thoughts and practical methods for clinical improvement of the symptoms of patients with spleen and stomach weak pregnancy dyspraxia.Methods The convenience sampling method was adopted to select 99 inpatients who met the inclusion criteria in the gynecology department of a class a traditional Chinese medicine hospital in Harbin between March 2019 and January 2020.According to the method of random comparison table,the patients were randomly divided into control group 1 and control group 2 in the order of admission.The control group received routine care and treatment in the hospital.On the basis of routine treatment and nursing in the hospital,the patients in experimental group 1 received the acupuncture treatment once a day at Neiguan and Zusanli points.Patients in experimental group 2received acupuncture therapy at Neiguan and Zusanli points on the basis of routine in-hospital treatment and nursing,acupuncture for 2 days,press 3times a day,each press the buried needle 2 minutes.All the three groups of patients were treated with 14 days of intervention for one cycle.The general data of the three included groups were compared before intervention.Two weeks before the intervention and two weeks after the intervention,the urine acetone bodies,Chinese medicine syndrome score scale,pregnancy nausea and vomiting scale(PUQE)was evaluated.The above data were recorded into SPSS25.0 software for analysis.Results1.Before intervention,general data(including age,gestation history,treatment history of allergy,etc.)of the three groups of patients were compared by the urine acetone body,Chinese medicine syndrome score scale,pregnancy nausea and vomiting scale(PUQE),and the difference was not statistically significant(P> 0.05).The results showed that the baseline level of the urine acetone body,TCM syndrome score scale,pregnancy nausea and vomiting scale was basically the same in the three groups of patients before intervention,and the three groups of patients were comparable.2.Comparisons between groups were made before and after the intervention.After 2 weeks of intervention,the scores of urinary acetone body,TCM syndrome score and degree of nausea and vomiting in pregnancy were better than those in the control group in the experimental group 1 and 2.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).However,there was no significant difference between test group 1 and test group 2(P>0.05).3.Intra-group comparisons were made before and after the intervention.After intervention,the scores and degrees of the Chinese medicine symptom scale of urinary acetone body nausea and vomiting scale were compared among the three groups,and the results were all better than those before intervention,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture can improve the clinical symptoms of patients with pregnancy dyspraxia,and the effect is fast.Based on the clinical efficacy,safety,convenience and compliance of patients,it is recommended to give patients with gestational dyspraxia acupuncture treatment...
