Purpose: To observe the clinical efficacy of moxibustion combined with acupressure on nausea and vomiting after chemotherapy for gynecological malignant tumors, analyze the related factors of nausea and vomiting after chemotherapy, and explore the optimal prevention and treatment scheme of traditional Chinese medicine for nausea and vomiting after chemotherapy,so as to improve patients’ quality of life and family happiness index. Methods: 120 patients with gynecological malignant tumors who were hospitalized in the first gynecological ward of Shandong provincial hospital from December 2020 to December 2021 and met the inclusion criteria were studied. The patients were randomly divided into four groups with different intervention methods before chemotherapy.Control group: Ondansetron 8mg intravenous drip before chemotherapy;Moxibustion group: moxibustion therapy was given on the basis of the control group; The control group was treated on the basis of acupoint pressing therapy;Combined group: on the basis of the control group, moxibustion and acupoint pressing therapy were given at the same time.VAS scores of nausea and vomiting,KPS scores before and after chemotherapy and the use of remedial drugs were recorded every day during chemotherapy.Spss21.0 statistical software to compare and analyze the test results through parametric test and nonparametric test.Results:1.There were no statistically significant differences in age,BMI,type of malignant tumor, chemotherapy regimen, times of chemotherapy,CINV risk score and KPS score before chemotherapy among the four groups(P> 0.05).2.Comparison of VAS scores of four groups in different periods:(1)on the first day after chemotherapy: there was significant difference in VAS scores of nausea and vomiting between the control group, moxibustion group, acupoint pressing group and combined group(P < 0.05),and there was no significant difference among the other three groups(P > 0.05).(2)The second day after chemotherapy: there was significant difference in VAS score of nausea and vomiting between the control group and moxibustion group, acupoint pressing group and combined group(P <0.05),and there was also significant difference between moxibustion group and combined group(P <0.05);There was no significant difference between moxibustion group and acupoint pressing group, acupoint pressing group and combined group(P >0.05).(3)On the third and fourth days after chemotherapy: there were significant differences in VAS scores of nausea and vomiting between the control group and moxibustion group, acupoint pressing group and combined group(P<0.05),and there were also significant differences between moxibustion group and combined group, acupoint pressing group and combined group(P<0.05);There was no significant difference between moxibustion group and acupoint pressing group(P>0.05).3.Comparison of KPS scores of four groups before and after chemotherapy:(1)comparison between groups: there were significant differences between the control group and moxibustion group, acupoint pressing group and combined group(P<0.05),and there were also significant differences between moxibustion group and combined group, acupoint pressing group and combined group(P <0.05);There was no significant difference between moxibustion group and acupoint pressing group(P >0.05).(2)Intra group comparison: there were significant differences in KPS scores of control group, moxibustion group and acupoint pressing group before and after chemotherapy(P<0.05);There was no significant difference in the combined group before and after chemotherapy(P>0.05).4.Comparison of the use of remedial antiemetic drugs in the four groups:the control group was compared with the moxibustion group, acupoint pressing group and combined group respectively(P<0.05);The combination group was compared with moxibustion group and acupoint pressing group(P<0.05),and the moxibustion group was compared with acupoint pressing group(P>0.05).Conclusion: Moxibustion combined with acupoint pressing therapy can strengthen the spleen and stomach, reduce stress and stop vomiting, improve gastrointestinal motility and promote gastrointestinal peristalsis. At the same time,it can strengthen the body’s immunity and resist external pathogens. As a non-invasive external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine,it is simple and easy to learn, low cost,no obvious adverse reactions, and easy to be accepted by patients and their families. It can not only reduce the frequency of nausea and vomiting in the chemotherapy cycle, reduce the use of remedial drugs, reduce the cost of hospitalization, but also improve the quality of life of patients and reduce the fear of next chemotherapy, which is worthy of further promotion in clinic.Moxibustion combined with acupoint pressing therapy can strengthen the spleen and stomach, reduce stress and stop vomiting, improve gastrointestinal motility and promote gastrointestinal
