Observation On The Curative Effect Of Self-designed Longgui Anshen Decoction In Treating Postoperative Delirium After Hip Fracture In The Elderly

Objective:By comparing the clinical data of patients,the clinical treatment effect and medication safety of self-designed Longgui Anshen Decoction in the treatment of postoperative delirium after hip fracture in the elderly were analyzed,so as to provide a new method and idea of traditional Chinese medicine for the clinical treatment.Methods:In the light of inclusion and exclusion criteria,64 patients were included.They were divided into control group(32 patients only taking Olanzapine tablets)and treatment group(32 patients taking Olanzapine tablets and Longgui Anshen Decoction)at random.We recorded the general data of the two groups and watched the changes of DRS-R-98 score,TCM symptom grading quantitative score,relevant laboratory indicators and the current situation of untoward effect before and after treatment.The clinical curative effects of the two groups were analyzed by statistical methods.Results:The control group excluded 1 case,while the treatment group got rid of 2 cases combined with the exclusion criteria.A total of 61 patients were included in this study.1.There was no significant difference in general data(gender,age,fracture type,operation time,intraoperative blood loss and postoperative delirium onset time)betwe-en the two groups(P>0.05);The duration of postoperative delirium in the treatment group was obviously less than that in the control group(P<0.05).2.The DRS-R-98 score and TCM symptom grading quantitative sc-ore of the two groups were lower than those before treatment on the 7th and 14 th day after treatment,and the drs-r-98 score and TCM symptom grading quantitative score of the treatment group were lower than those of the control group on the 5th,7th and 14 th day after treatment(P<0.05).The effective rate was 96.67% in the treatment group and93.55% in the control group,with no statistical difference(P>0.05).3.There was no vital difference in the laboratory data between the two groups before and after treatment(P>0.05).The incidence of adverse react-ions in the treatment group was 3.33%,while that in the control group was 12.90%.There was no momentous difference(P>0.05).Conclusion:The self-made Longgui Anshen Decoction has good clinic-al effect in the treatment of postoperative delirium of elderly hip fracture(disharmony between heart and kidney),reducing the duration of postoperative delirium,high drug safety and low incidence of adverse reactions,and can be popularized in clinic.
