A Clinical Control Study On The Treatment Of Apoplectic Aphasia With Lung Qi Deficiency Syndrome Based On "Tonifying Lung And Opening Orifices"

Objective: To observe the effect and safety of self-made "Bufei Kaiyin Decoction" in the treatment of lung qi deficiency syndrome of post stroke aphasia(PSA).This paper discusses the treatment of Apoplectic Aphasia from the "method of tonifying lung and opening orifices",takes tonifying lung qi and opening sound as the treatment method,and discusses the specific etiology and pathogenesis.By exploring the clinical effect of the modified formula of "Bufei Kaiyin Decoction",we can provide new scientific research ideas and methods for the syndrome differentiation and treatment of apoplectic aphasia.Methods: 72 subjects who met the diagnostic criteria of aphasia of Apoplexy with lung qi deficiency syndrome were selected from the brain disease center and emergency department of the Affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of traditional Chinese medicine from September 2020 to December 2021.All the subjects were randomly divided into lung tonifying and resuscitation group(36 cases)and control group(36 cases).The control group was treated with western medicine adibenzoquinone(Shenwei),and the Bufei Kaiqiao group was added with the modified formula of "Bufei Kaiyin Decoction" based on the control group.The patients in both groups were treated with other basic diseases normally.The overall course of observation was 8 weeks.Select the three time nodes before treatment,4 weeks after treatment and 8 weeks after treatment to evaluate the efficacy of Bufei Kaiqiao group and control group after intervention,including measuring the degree of aphasia by Western Aphasia Battery(WAB);The level of neurological injury and recovery was quantified by NIHS score;The pathological degree of related syndromes was evaluated by TCM Syndrome Scale.The data obtained were statistically analyzed by SPSS 22.0.Results:1.Before treatment,the Bufei Kaiqiao group and the control group showed no significant difference in the three evaluation criteria of Western Aphasia Battery(WAB),National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS)and traditional Chinese Medicine Syndrome Scale(P > 0.05).2.After 4 weeks and 8 weeks of intervention,the evaluation indexes in the Bufei Kaiqiao group and the control group were improved to a certain extent and had statistical significance(P < 0.05),indicating that different intervention methods in the two groups could produce therapeutic effects.3.After 4 and 8 weeks of intervention,the scores of the three observation indexes used in the Bufei Kaiqiao group were better than those in the control group(P < 0.05).The overall effective rate of Bufei Kaiqiao group was 94.12%,and that of the control group was 90.91%.The total effective rate of Bufei Kaiqiao group is better than that of the control group,which proves that the clinical effect of Bufei Kaiqiao group is better than that of the control group.CONCLUSION: This study takes tonifying lung qi and opening sound as the treatment method,and applies the modified formula of "tonifying lung and opening sound Decoction" to treat apoplectic aphasia.The results show that the two groups are effective,but through comparative analysis,the self-made "Bufei Kaiyin Decoction" plus and minus formula combined with western medicine idebenone(Shenwei)is more effective,and the Bufei Kaiqiao group is more effective in improving aphasia.The treatment of apoplectic aphasia with integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine has more obvious advantages than that with simple western medicine.
