Clinical Observation For The Treatment Of Distal Radius Fractures In Children By Two Different Methods Combined Fumigation And Washing With Chinese Medicine

Objective: To explore the advantages and disadvantages of the two treatment methods in clinical application,by observing the clinical efficacy of closed reduction and open reduction and combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation for wrist function exercise in the treatment of children’s distal radius fractures.Methods: A retrospective study design was used in this study.Through the hospital inpatient medical record system,we collected some cases of children with distal radius fractures treated in the Department of orthopedics of the Affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of traditional Chinese medicine from October 2019 to October 2021.We record the patient’s name,hospitalization number and other general information.According to the inclusion criteria,exclusion criteria and exclusion criteria,60 cases meeting the research conditions of this paper were selected.According to different treatment methods,they were randomly divided into observation group(closed reduction group)and control group(open reduction group),with30 patients in each group.The clinical healing time of fracture,the recovery of wrist flexion and extension function and the occurrence of postoperative complications were observed,and the imaging manifestations such as palmar inclination,ulnar deviation and radial shortening length were recorded.The Cooney wrist function scores of the two groups at the last follow-up were compared,and the results were obtained through statistical analysis.Results: After statistical analysis on gender,age and injury factors,the results of the two groups were p > 0.05,and there was no significant difference.The test results were not affected by general data.Followed up for 1-3 months,the observation group was better than the control group in fracture stability,complication rate and wrist function score in the later stage(P < 0.05).The difference between the two groups was statistically significant.Conclusion: Closed reduction and percutaneous needle internal fixation in the treatment of distal radius fractures in children has the advantages of simple operation,less trauma,less complications and low Re displacement rate.It can effectively restore the functional activity of wrist joint,which is worthy of further clinical research.
