Observation On Clinical Effect Of Tian Mu Ling Zao Decoction On Non-dipper Type Hypertension With Yin Deficiency Yang Hyperactivity

Objective:to observe the day negundo lingya jujube soup treating Yin deficiency type hand non dipper hypertension’s clinical curative effect,the rhythm of blood pressure,blood pressure value and regulating function of syndromes,provide the basis for clinical,and summarizes the theory,Yin and Yang are used to reconcile regulate blood pressure and improve the characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of patients with clinical symptoms,provide reliable data to guide the further prevention and control of hypertension.Methods:80 patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into two groups,40 patients in each group.The control group was treated with western medicine and amlodipine besylate(Yanian;5 mg/tablet;Manufacturer:Chongqing Yaoyou Pharmaceutical Co.,LTD.Approval no.:H20183234),the treatment group was given Chinese prescription Tianmuling Jujube decoction and Chinese medicine once a day after lunch and after dinner on the basis of western medicine alone in the control group.After 4 weeks of treatment,the clinical improvement of the two groups before and after treatment was compared.Results:1.Before this experiment,the age,gender and TCM syndrome score of the two groups were compared,with no statistical difference(P>0.05),which could be compared.2.After treatment,24 hour mean systolic blood pressure(24hSBP),24 hour mean diastolic blood pressure(24hDBP),daytime mean systolic blood pressure(DSBP),nighttime mean systolic blood pressure(NSBP),daytime mean diastolic blood pressure(DDBP)and nighttime mean diastolic blood pressure(NDBP)in 2 groups were significantly improved compared with before treatment,P<0.05.It was statistically significant.3.After treatment,the 24 hour mean systolic blood pressure(24hSBP),24 hour mean diastolic blood pressure(24hDBP),daytime mean systolic blood pressure(DSBP),nighttime mean systolic blood pressure(NSBP),daytime mean diastolic blood pressure(DDBP)and nighttime mean diastolic blood pressure(NDBP)were compared between the two groups,P<0.05.The difference was statistically significant.4.From the perspective of blood pressure rhythm,the improvement of nocturnal blood pressure drop rate in the treatment group was better than that in the control group,P<0.05,and the difference was statistically significant;The improvement of dipper type blood pressure in the treatment group was better than that in the control group,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.5.From the perspective of TCM syndrome,the improvement of TCM syndrome score in the treatment group was better than that in the control group,P<0.05,which was statistically significant;In terms of single TCM syndromes,dizziness,lumbar acid,five upset fever and insomnia were improved significantly,P<0.05,which was statistically significant.The treatment efficiency of headache,knee weakness,palpitation and tinnitus was higher than that of the control group,but P>0.05 was not statistically significant.For the treatment of forgetfulness,the effective rate of the two groups were 31.58%and 11.11%respectively,the curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group,but the curative effect of the two groups was not ideal.6.The improvement of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group before and after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:The antihypertensive effect of Tianglingzao decoction combined with western medicine is better,24-hour blood pressure is improved,blood pressure rhythm is improved,in terms of symptoms,dizziness,lumbar acid,five upset fever,insomnia are particularly obvious improvement.
