with the continuous social and economic development in China,people tend to attach growing importance to health issues.This is a public service provided free of charge by the state to all citizenssince the implementation of the national Basic Public Health Service System in 2009.The project covers the public health service system of all counties and townships in China,and is undertaken by related medical institutions,among which the main implementation departments are CDC,community health service centers and township health centers,etc.With the continuous enrichment of service projects and the continuous increase of national investment,how to do a good job in basic public health service,improve service efficiency and realize the equalization of basic public health service are related to the realization of the goal of building a moderately prosperous society in an all-round way and the construction of a healthy China.In this background,this article to basic public health services in tianquan county of sichuan province as the research object,with the new public service theory,public goods theory and public choice theory as the instruction,the integrated use of literature research,interview method,questionnaire survey and other research methods,through the analysis of tianquan basic public health service development present situation,summarizes results during its development,Based on the analysis of the existing problems and the development trend of the basic public health service in China,some effective suggestions for the development of basic public health service in Tianquan County were put forward.Suggestions include: increase publicity and increase public participation;Strengthen the construction of talent team,improve the level of service;Continuously improve the efficiency of basic public health services for floating population;Establish and improve information sharing platform;Introduce government purchase service system,perfect evaluation mechanism and so on.In order to further improve the public health level,improve the level of service,improve the level of equalization of basic public health services.
