Clinical Observation On The Effect Of Chailing Powder Acupoint Application On Preventing Postoperative Urinary Retention After Hemorrhoid Surgery

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Chailing powder plus Acupoint Application on preventing urinary retention after internal hemorrhoids,so as to provide a non-invasive,safe and effective method for preventing postoperative urinary retention,and provide necessary clinical evidence for it.Methods: from January 2021 to December 2021,72 patients with grade III internal hemorrhoids who were hospitalized in the anorectal area 2 of Quanzhou traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital Affiliated to Fujian University of traditional Chinese medicine and met the inclusion criteria and were treated by internal hemorrhoid ligation under local anesthesia were collected and screened.According to the random number designed by the random number table,36 cases were divided into observation group and control group.In the control group,placebo was applied to Guanyuan,Shuidao(double),Yinlingquan(double)and Sanyinjiao(double)one day and two hours before operation,once a day for 8hours.Traditional physical therapy was used on the day after operation: to alleviate the anxiety of patients;Encourage patients to get out of bed properly and promote spontaneous urination;Listen to the sound of running water and promote the micturition reflex of the nervous system;Apply hot towel to the lower abdomen,and massage the lower abdomen clockwise to relax the muscles to promote urination.The observation group was treated with chailing power acupoint application one day before operation and on the day of operation.The acupoints and frequency and time were the same as those in the control group.After operation,the same physical therapy guidance was given as those in the control group.The postoperative abdominal symptoms,first micturition status,first micturition duration and curative effect were recorded by SPSS23.0 software for data statistical analysis.When P<0.05,it is considered that the difference of the data is statistically significant.Combined with safety evaluation,the clinical effect of Chailing powder Acupoint Application on preventing postoperative urinary retention after hemorrhoid surgery was comprehensively evaluated.Results: there was no significant difference in gender,age and the number of ligated hemorrhoids between the two groups(P>0.05).The score of abdominal symptoms in Chailing powder plus and minus acupoint application group was significantly improved compared with that in placebo group(P<0.05).The score of first micturition in Chailing powder plus and minus acupoint application group was significantly better than that in placebo group(P<0.05).The duration of first micturition in Chailing powder plus and minus acupoint application group was significantly shorter than that in placebo group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was 94.45%,which was significantly better than 83.34% of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion: according to the research results,for patients undergoing internal hemorrhoid ligation under local anesthesia,Chailing powder plus and minus acupoint application can effectively improve the postoperative abdominal symptoms and the first micturition condition,and significantly shorten the duration of the first micturition.It is indicated that the application of Chai Ling San plus acupoint sticking agent on Guanyuan,Shuidao(double),Yinlingquan(double)and Sanyinjiao(double)has obvious effect on preventing postoperative urinary retention after internal hemorrhoid surgery.In the clinical intervention study,the subjects did not have obvious adverse reactions.The treatment method is safe,reliable,simple and easy,and has good clinical application value.
