Clinical Observation On Modified Huoxue Zhentong Decoction In The Treatment Of Rotator Cuff Injury Of Qi Stagnation And Blood Stasis Type

Objective:By observing the curative effect of Huoxue Zhentong Decoction on patients with rotator cuff injury of qi stagnation and blood stasis type,to explore the effectiveness and safety of Huoxue Zhentong Decoction on patients with rotator cuff injury of qi stagnation and blood stasis type,so as to provide a theoretical basis for traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of patients with rotator cuff injury.Methods:A total of 80 outpatients and inpatients from the Department of orthopedics and traumatology of the people’s Hospital Affiliated to Fujian University of traditional Chinese medicine from December 2020 to December 2021 were selected.The 80 patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into two groups with 40 patients in each group: the patients in the control group were treated with basic treatment(non steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs + local blocking treatment + rehabilitation treatment);The experimental group was treated with Huoxue Zhentong Decoction on the basis of basic treatment.Visual analogue scale(VAS),University of California shoulder score(UCLA),shoulder range of motion(flexion,abduction,external rotation)and related safety indexes were observed before treatment,2 weeks after treatment and4 weeks after treatment.The data of this experiment are all based on spss26 0 statistical software for analysis and processing.Results:1.General data: there was no significant difference between the two groups in terms of gender,age,side,course of disease,VAS score,UCLA score and shoulder joint range of motion(flexion,abduction and external rotation)before treatment(P > 0.05).2.Two weeks after treatment,the improvement of VAS score,UCLA score and shoulder range of motion(flexion,abduction and external rotation)in the experimental group were better than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).3.The improvement of VAS score,UCLA score and shoulder range of motion(flexion,abduction and external rotation)in the four weeks after treatment were better than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).4.With the extension of treatment time,VAS score,UCLA score and shoulder joint range of motion(flexion,abduction and external rotation)of the two groups showed an upward trend over time,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).5.The patients in both groups were followed up to 4 weeks after treatment.There were no adverse reactions such as drug allergy,liver and kidney function damage and joint infection in the experimental group and the control group.Conclusion:Huoxue Zhitong decoction can reduce the clinical symptoms of patients with rotator cuff injury of qi stagnation and blood stasis type,improve the function of shoulder joint and improve the mobility of affected shoulder.Its short-term curative effect is obvious and has no obvious toxic and side effects.It is worth popularizing in clinical application.
