Design Of Chronic Disease Health Management Service System For The Elderly In The Context Of Home Care

In the context of the rapid development of aging,the number of chronic diseases of the elderly also increases.At present,China has entered a period of high burden of chronic diseases.Facing increasingly tight medical resources and long-term family burden,how to improve the chronic disease prevention and treatment level of elderly patients and the quality of health services has become an urgent problem to be solved.Chronic disease health management is a long and complicated process,which requires both tangible products and intangible services.Service design can solve problems comprehensively and systematically,and has certain advantages in dealing with complex content.So this topic USES the method of service design thinking of home endowment situation analyses research in elderly patients with chronic diseases,in order to service design as the breakthrough point to look at the elderly chronic disease health management service mode,tap into chronic pain points and opportunities in health management services,create a set of can meet the demand of all stakeholders of chronic disease health management service system.In this thesis,the elderly with chronic diseases as the research target,in the context of home care,through the service design thinking and research methods to the elderly chronic disease health management service system design and research.First of all,conduct in-depth research on the research status and related theories,especially to understand the professional knowledge related to the extremely complex medical and health field,and fully grasp the content of the research topic,so as to provide theoretical basis and basis for the formation of a complete design idea.Second,the stakeholders in the chronic disease health management service system,for each stage of the process and experience research analysis,analyzes the user at home endowment situation of chronic diseases in the process of health management needs and pain points,insight into design point,to design a targeted chronic disease health management service experience;Then,with the support of relevant theoretical research and user research and analysis,the following design strategies are proposed for the creation of the service system: to create a multi-party collaborative service system mode,to create a sustainable development of the whole process service closed loop,to establish a chronic disease health management service platform based on intelligent products;Finally,the design practice is carried out under the guidance of the design strategy,and the characteristics of all stakeholders in the system are comprehensively considered.According to the design principles of the chronic health management service system for the elderly,product design and platform design are produced to explore a service model that not only meets the needs of elderly patients but also can actively mobilize the participation of all parties.The service design concept and design thinking is applied to the medical and health services,by building a chronic disease health management system,chronic disease for the elderly health management to provide system solutions,help the elderly chronic diseases to achieve healthy life,so as to alleviate the burden of social medical treatment,for the aging society in our country and the elderly chronic disease health management to provide new references and basis.
