Study On The Medication Rule Of Traditional Chinese Medicine In The Treatment Of Diabetic Foot Based On Data Mining

Objective Through the method of data mining,this study explores the rules of medication and compatibility of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of diabetic foot,in order to provide more ideas and basis for the clinical treatment of diabetic foot,in order to promote the inheritance and development of the academic thought of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of diabetic foot.Methods(1)Through the retrieval method of subject words combined with free words,the literatures on the treatment of diabetic foot with traditional Chinese medicine from 2000 to 2021 were searched from China knowledge Network,Wanfang Medical data and VIP Medical Journals,and the target literatures were strictly screened according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria.(2)The prescription composition and other information from the target literature were extracted and standardized and incorporated into the data pool.With the help of Ri386(v4.1.2),SPSSS tatistics(26.0),SPSS modeler(18.0)and other software,carries on the frequency analysis,the traditional Chinese medicine attribute analysis,the association rule analysis,the hierarchical clustering analysis,finally summarizes and refines its medication rule and the related academic thought.Results(1)A total of 321 articles were included,of which 196 were included in traditional Chinese medicine for internal administration,including 248 prescriptions,involving 199 traditional Chinese medicines,and 189 for external use,including 195 prescriptions and203 traditional Chinese medicines.In each stage,there are 120 prescriptions in the initial stage,124 prescriptions in the acute attack stage,and 97 prescriptions in the remission and recovery stage.(2)The overall high-frequency core Chinese medicines are: Angelica sinensis,Radix Astragali,Radix Paeoniae Rubra,Achyranthes bidentata,Radix scrophulariae,licorice,Ligusticum chuanxiong,Flos Lonicerae,Salvia miltiorrhiza,Safflower,Dilong,Radix Rehmanniae,Radix Astragali,Radix Astragali,peach kernel,cooked Radix Rehmanniae,myrrh and so on.The four natures of drugs are mainly cold,warm and flat,while the five flavors are sweet,bitter and pungent.The main channels are liver,heart,lung and spleen.The main medicines are blood-activating and stasis-removing medicines,heatclearing medicines,tonic medicines,and external-relieving medicines.(3)Strongly related core drug combinations: frankincense-myrrh,safflower-peach kernel,Angelica-Ligusticum chuanxiong,Radix Paeoniae Alba-Rhizoma Chuanxiong,Radix Astragali-Radix Astragali,etc.(4)Core prescription analysis: mainly Huoxue Huayu decoction,heatclearing and detoxifying agent and Wenjing cold-dispelling agent,the prescription always revolves around the classic prescriptions such as Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu decoction,Yanghe decoction,Simiaoyong Yong’an decoction,Wuwei Disinfection decoction,Taohong Siwu decoction,Buyang Huanwu decoction,Xuefu Zhuyu decoction and so on.Conclusion(1)The frequently used drugs are Angelica sinensis,Radix Paeoniae Rubra,Radix Astragali and so on.The combination of cold and temperature should be treated from the liver,mainly with drugs for promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,supplemented by heat-clearing drugs,antidote and warming drugs.Commonly used drug combinations are: frankincense-myrrh,peach kernel-safflower and so on.The prescription is mainly composed of prescriptions for promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,clearing heat and detoxification,and warming meridians for dispelling cold.The core prescription always revolves around the drug framework of classic prescriptions such as Yanghe decoction,Simiao Yong’an decoction and Taohong Siwu decoction.The above mining results can provide medication reference for clinicians.(2)The train of thought of clinical medication embodied in the mining results:1)start with stasis and toxin,examine blood stasis and treat it.2)according to the treatment of damp-heat and turbid toxin,it is appropriate to clear pulse,detoxify and dehumidify.3)attach importance to the treatment of the aftermath,internal and external governance.Emphasize the combination of local and whole,internal and external,and choose appropriate drug combinations and prescriptions according to clinical symptoms.(3)This study will start with the treatment of traditional Chinese medicine,and the ideas of medication reflected in the excavated results are consistent with the basic treatment of diabetic foot,which provides some therapeutic ideas and clues for clinical treatment.So as to shorten the course of disease,improve the quality of life of patients and optimize the allocation of social resources.
