【Objective】To explore the characteristics and patterns of acupoints for primary dysmenorrhea and provide a basis for the selection of acupoints for the regulation of primary dysmenorrhea. To observe the effect of female health meridian exercises on primary dysmenorrhea and to explore the non-drug autonomous treatment modalities for primary dysmenorrhea.【Method】1.Literature Research: Using China Hownet,Wanfang,Weipu and other literature databases,to search the related literature, such as the incidence of primary dysmenorrhea, the distribution of syndrome types, influencing factors, etc.research progress of infrared thermal imaging technology in the study of temperature characteristics of Meridians and acupoints.2.Clinical research :Fifty-four primary dysmenorrhea patients and 16 healthy female university volunteers were used as study subjects, and primary dysmenorrhea patients were identified and typed, and the subjects’ acupoint temperature and pressure pain perception threshold were collected. The patients with primary dysmenorrhea were randomly divided into the doing exercise group, the drug group and the blank group using a randomized single-blind method to observe the efficacy of each group and whether the acupoint characteristics changed before and after treatment. At the end of the experiment, the subjects were followed up to observe the long-term efficacy after treatment..3.Observation Index: Acupoint infrared temperature,PPCT,VAS,pain symptom score of primary dysmenorrhea.4.Statistical methods: All the data in this study were collected by spss25.0software.【Result】1.Comparison of acupoint temperature and PPCT between healthy group and dysmenorrhea group.Six acupoints with statistically significant differences in acupoint temperature during menstruation, including Guan Yuan,Zhong Ji and other acupuncture points, differences in acupoint temperatures during non-menstrual periods are not statistically significant; The seventeen acupoints with statistically significant differences in PPCT during menstruation were Guan Yuan,Zhong Ji,Da Ju(Left,Right)and other acupuncture points, the seventeen acupoints with statistically significant differences in PPCT during non-menstrual were Guan Yuan,Zhong Ji,Wai Ling(Left,Right)and other acupuncture points.2.Acupoint temperature and PPCT in menstrual period and non-menstrual period were compared. There were no significant differences in acupoint temperature and PPCT between healthy group during menstrual period and non-menstrual period. The temperature difference of 8 acupoints in dysmenorrhea group, including menstrual period and non-menstrual period,Guan Yuan,Zhong Ji,etc, was statistically significant, there were significant differences in PPCT of 13 acupoints such as Danzhong and Da Ju(Left,Right).3.Comparison of acupoint temperature and PPCT before and after treatment. Before and after treatment, the temperature differences of 5 acupoints such as Dan Zhong and Guan Yuan in menstrual period had statistical significance;while those in non-menstrual period had no statistical significance. There were significant differences in PPCT of 4 acupoints in menstrual period, such as Guan Yuan and Da Ju(Right);Non-menstrual period,Wai Ling(Right),Cheng Shan(Left)and other 5points PPCT differences have statistical significance.4.Comparison of acupoint temperature and PPCT in different syndrome types of dysmenorrhea between menstrual period and non-menstrual period. There are three types of syndrome: cold coagulation and blood stasis type,Qi stagnation and blood stasis type,Qi and blood deficiency type,The temperature difference of 7 acupoints, such as Guan Yuan and Zhong Ji,during menstruation has statistical significance,The temperature difference of acupoints in non-menstrual period was not statistically significant. The above three types of syndrome, menstrual period Da Ju(Left),Shen Shu(Left)and other 6 points PPCT differences have statistical significance,The difference of PPCT between the Zhong Ji and Shen Shu(Left)in non-menstrual period was statistically significant.5.The Healthy group and dysmenorrhea group menstrual period control,The 5acupoints of Guan Yuan and Zhong Ji are different in temperature and PPCT,however,no acupoints had the characteristics of temperature and PPCT during non-menstrual period.6.The efficacy of the women’s health meridian exercise group and the drug group on primary dysmenorrhea was compared. The scores of pain symptoms after treatment in both groups were lower than those before treatment, and the differences were statistically significant(P< 0.05).Follow-up was carried out one month after the end of treatment, and the pain symptom scores in the exercise group were lower than before treatment, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),while the pain symptom scores in the drug group were slightly lower than before treatment, but the difference The difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).【Conclusion】1.Some acupoints of primary dysmenorrhea have the characteristics of infrared temperature, some acupoints have the characteristics of tenderness, and some acupoints have the characteristics of infrared temperature and tenderness at the same time, which can provide support for the characteristics of acupoints and collaterals and provide reference for the selection of acupoints for the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea,it is worth further study.2.The acupoint reaction of primary dysmenorrhea may be related to syndrome type, which needs further study.3.Women’s Health Meridian Exercise has immediate efficacy and certain long-term efficacy on primary dysmenorrhea, which is worth further study and promotion.
