Study On The Effect Of Acupuncturing Sanyinjiaoqiqi On The Infrared Temperature Of Meridian In Patients With Primary Dysmenorrhea Syndrome

Objective:Using infrared thermal camera to observe the changing of the skin temperature of Sanyinjiao (SP6), Diji (SP8), Yinlingquan (SP9) and Xuehai (SP10) on healthy people, Primary Dysmenorrhea(PD) Patients in Cold and Dampness Stagnation Pattern and PD patients treated by acupuncture,to explore the probability of using infrared thermal imaging to diagnose and to quantize the effection of de qi.Method:We enlisted 36 subjects, divided into four groups, the health control group, the PD with cold and dampness stagnation pattern control group (the PD control group), the Deqi group and the no Deqi group. For the control groups, we just observed the skin temperature of acupoint SP6, SP8, SP9 and SP10 through the thermal infrared imager for 40min, without needling. For both treatment groups, while needling SP6 bilaterally for 30min, we observed the same acupoints as control groups. The two treatment groups were performed with different stimulations. During the process, Deqi sensation was recorded. According to the Deqi sensation, each treatment group was divided into real Deqi group and real no Deqi group. All analyses were performed using R3.2.3. ANOVA, Independent-Samples T Test and Mann Whitey non-parametric test were used.Results:Compared with the health group, the skin temperature of bilateral SP6, SP8, SP9, SP10 in PD control group significantly decreased (P<0.05). To compare with the PD control group, after needling, at least two of the temperature of acoupionts in the real Deqi of deqi group significantly increased.Conclusion:①the skin infrared thermal temperature of PD patients with cold and dampness stagnation pattern were significantly lower than healthy people, the skin infrared thermal temperature may reflect the state of PD with cold and dampness stagnation pattern.②The acupuncture methods in Deqi group could adjust the skin temperature of acupoints of human, the changing of surface infrared thermal image temperature of acupoints can be used as objective indicator of Deqi effects...
