Objective:To further explore the correlation between the etiology of chronic urticaria and thyroid autoantibody TGAb and TPOAb by means of meta-analysis and combining with the published Chinese and English literatures.It provides a new idea for the pathogenesis of chronic urticaria and the treatment of patients with chronic urticaria complicated with autoimmune thyroid disease.Methods:Four Chinese databases(CNKI、CBM、VIP、Wan Fang database)and four English database(Pubmed、Web of Science、Science Direct、Spinger)collecting the case-control study of chronic urticaria incidence associated with TGAb and TPOAb which published between 1990 and November 2021.Two evaluators screened the literature separately.The newcastle-ottawa scale(NOS)was used for quality evaluation of the literature that met the requirements and the literature with NOS≥6 score was systematically analyzed by Rev Man5.3 software.Results:30 case-control studies met the requirements and included 26 groups of TGAb-related case-control studies(2442 CU patients and 1727 controls)and 21 groups of TPOAb-related case-control studies(2261 patients and 1647 controls).The analysis showed that the positive rate of TGAb in chronic urticaria patients was higher than that in control group[OR=5.98(95%CI: 3.77-9.48,P<0.001)] and the positive rate of TPOAb in chronic urticaria patients was higher than that in control group[OR=5.21(95%CI:3.02-8.98,P<0.001)].The difference was statistically significant.Subgroup analysis of the two groups showed statistically significant differences in detection methods and regional distribution.Conclusion:The incidence of chronic urticaria is correlated with thyroid autoantibody TGAb and TPOAb.
