| Objective:Observe the difference in the expression of circANRIL in patients with CHD and non-CHD,analyze the correlation between circANRIL expression and the degree of coronary artery stenosis,and preliminarily explore the clinical significance of circANRIL expression in the development of coronary heart disease.Methods:A total of 100 patients admitted to the Department of Cardiology of the Second Clinical Hospital of Shanxi Medical University due to chest pain or chest tightness from February 2021 to November 2021 were selected.Collect general and clinical data of patients.Collect the coronary angiography results of the patient,set the negative patient as the control group(n=29),and vice versa,the CHD group(n=71),and calculate the total score of the patient according to the Gensini score.According to the total score,the coronary heart disease group was divided into three groups:mild(n=23),moderate(n=24)and severe(n=24)vascular stenosis.Real-time fluorescence quantitative RT-qPCR was used to detect the expression of whole blood circANRIL in patients.SPSS26.0 statistical software was used to process all the above data.The differences between the control group and the CHD group were observed.Results:(1)The average water of TC,TG,LDL and HCY in the CHD group was higher than that of the control group,P<0.05.Compared with the control group,the expression of whole blood circANRIL in patients with CHD group increased significantly,P<0.05.Comparison of data between the two groups found that age,sex,BMI value,drinking history,smoking history,hyperemia history,diabetes history,HDL-C,CK-MB,troponin,NT-proBNP,liver and kidney function,white blood cell count,neutrophils,P>0.05,with statistical significance with P<0.05.(2)The total score of patients is calculated according to the Gensini scoring criteria.Divided into three groups,the CHD group was divided into three groups,namely,mild vascular stenosis(n=23),moderate vascular stenosis(n=24)and severe vascular stenosis(n=24).Compared with the other two groups,TC,TG,LDL-C levels and circANRIL expressions were higher,P<0.05;the expressions of HCY,TC,LDL-C and circANRIL in the moderate stenosis group were higher than those in the mild stenosis group,.P<0.05;between the three groups Comparison of age,gender,BMI,smoking history,drinking history,hypertension history,diabetes history and HDL-C levels,P>0.05.(3)The expression of circANRIL in all patients was analyzed by Spearman correlation with the degree of coronary artery stenosis,and there was a significant positive correlation between circANRIL and the degree of coronary artery stenosis(r=0.722,P<0.001).(4)The expression of circANRIL in all patients was analyzed numerically with the values of coronary angiography,and the degree of coronary angiography was significantly positively correlated with the degree of coronary angiography(r=0.669,P<0.001).(5)After correcting other risk factors,with CHD as the cause variable,Logistic regression analysis results show that the expression of circANRIL is significantly positively correlated with coronary heart disease,which is an independent risk factor for CHD(P<0.001,β=0.973).(6)After correcting the relevant risk factors,the orderly multi-factor Logistic regression analysis was carried out with different degrees of coronary artery stenosis as dependent variables.The results showed that the expression of circANRIL was significantly positively correlated with the degree of coronary artery vascular stenosis.The higher the expression of circANRIL,the heavier the degree of coronary artery vascular stenosis,which is an independent risk factor for the degree of coronary artery stenosis(P<0.001,β=0.970).(7)The correlation between the HCY,TC,TG and LDL-C levels of all patients and the expression of circANRIL in the whole blood was analyzed respectively,and the expression of circANRIL was not correlated with them(P>0.05).Conclusion:(1)The expression of circANRIL、HCY and LDL-C levels in the CHD group were higher than those in the control group.(2)Taking CHD as the cause variable,binary Logistic regression analysis shows that the elevated expression of circANRIL is an independent risk factor for CHD;taking the light,medium and heavy grouping of vascular vascular stenosis as the dependent variable,the orderly multi-factor Logistic regression analysis shows that the elevated expression of circANRIL is an independent influencing factor for the exacerbation of vascular stenosis in CHD.(3)In the CHD group,the expression of circANRIL in the severe vascular stenosis group>moderate vascular stenosis group>mild vascular stenosis group.Correlation analysis shows that circANRIL is positively correlated with the degree of coronary artery vascular stenosis,and the degree of vascular stenosis increases with the increase of circANRIL expression.(4)The correlation analysis of the expression of whole blood circANRIL in patients with HCY,TC,TG and LDL-C showed that there was no correlation with them. |
