| Obj ective:By needling the right Qiuxu point of healthy youth and sub-healthy youth, the characteristics of skin temperature changes with time at the foot Linqi point,Qiuxu point and Yanglingquan point on the left and right sides were observed, and the effect of needling the right Qiuxu point on point temperature was discussed,so as to provide basis for clinical application of Qiuxu point. Methods:The subjects of this experiment were 30 healthy subj ects, aged 18-35 years, with an average age of 23.97±2.89 years, including 14 males and 16 females. There were 30 sub-health subj ects, aged 18-35 years, with an average age of 24.83±2.72 years, including 12 males and 18 females. The test shall be carried out at room temperature of 26±1℃ and humidity of 20%±10%.The subjects rest quietly for 30 minutes. After the body temperature is constant, the needle applicator carries out local routine disinfection on the Qiuxu point on the right side. After the needle is directly inserted into the needle to get gas,the needle is retained without any needle manipulation. The needle is released after 30 minutes. In the quiet rest stage of the subjects, the WN Ⅲ 0805 universal digital medical infrared thermal imager was used to collect the acupoint temperature at the Qiuxu acupoints on the left and right sides, record and count the acupoint temperature every 5 minutes. The acupoint temperature change curve gradually decreased from 30 minutes to 20 minutes before acupuncture, and reached the required acupoint temperature platform period 20 minutes before acupuncture. Therefore, the acupoint temperature 5 minutes before acupuncture was taken as the comparative acupoint temperature before acupuncture. Therefore, the statistical software spss25 0 analyze the acupoint temperature at the time points of 5min before acupuncture,2min,10min,20min,30min and 2min,10min,20min and 30min after acupuncture.P<0.05 represents statistically significant. Results:After the subjects in the healthy group were acupunctured at the right Qiuxu point, compared with the temperature before acupuncture, the temperature at the foot Linqi point,Qiuxu point and Yanglingquan point on both sides increased. The temperature did not increase significantly when the needle was first injected, but increased significantly when the needle was injected for 10min.During the needle retention period, the temperature was always higher than the temperature before acupuncture. The temperature at the point area increased again after the needle was discharged for 10min,and gradually decreased to the temperature before acupuncture 20 to 30min after the needle was discharged. After acupuncture, compared with before acupuncture, the temperature of subjects in sub-health group did not increase significantly at 10min after acupuncture, but increased significantly at 20min after acupuncture. The temperature changed little during needle retention, increased at 2min after acupuncture, and then decreased to the temperature before acupuncture. The two groups of subjects were compared at the same acupoint. There were significant differences between the points of foot Linqi and Qiuxu on both sides from 10min to 20min.There were significant differences between the points of Yanglingquan on both sides at 10min,2min,10min and 20min.There were differences between the points of foot Linqi and Qiuxu at 20min and 30min.The highest value of temperature rise in sub-health group was lower than that in health group. The time of temperature rise in sub-health group was later than that in health group, and the time of temperature drop after needle delivery was earlier than that in health group.Conclusion:1.Acupuncture at Qiuxu point on the right side can cause the temperature of Linqi point,Qiuxu point and Yanglingquan point on both feet to ri se,suggesting that the acupuncture effect has a"menstrual circulation".2.Compared with the healthy group, the occurrence time of acupuncture effect at bilateral foot Linqi point,Qiuxu point and Yanglingquan point was delayed, and the time of acupuncture sequelae effect was short. |
