Objective:To observe the temperature changes of bilateral Taixi points, right Fuliu points, and right Yingu points by acupuncture at the right Taixi point,to explore the characteristics of the flow and temperature changes of the meridian flow between the Shu-stream point and Jing-river point and He-sea point of the Kidney meridian of Foot Shao Yin.To provide theoretical basis for "opposing-needling"therapy and the effect of the propagated sensation along channel. Methods:Recruit 30 subjects in the sub-health group and 30 in the healthy group, both groups used the same acupuncture method. When testing, the indoor temperature is controlled at 26±1℃,and the relative humidity is controlled at 30±10%,the subjects took a sitting position to fully expose both lower limbs and feet. The observation equipment is a digital medical infrared thermal imager.Subj ects exposed to temperature measurement area for 40 minutes, then select the 0.3 5*40mm disposable sterile acupuncture needles, the same technique is used by the same operator, directly stab the subject’s right Taixi point 0.5-1 cun.The temperature at 40min,30min,20min,10min and 2min before acupuncture at bilateral Taixi, right Fuliu and Yingu points was recorded with an infrared thermal imager, record the temperature of needle retention 2min,10min,20min,30min,and 10min,20min,3 0min after needle withdrawal.During the experiment, the subj ects should remain in a still state and not move at will.Stati stical data were analyzed with IBM SPSS23.0 softwar.Results:1.Healthy group:(1)Acupuncture at the right Taixi point:the temperature of the right Taixi point was significantly lower than that before acupuncture at each time point from 2min into acupuncture to 30min after acupuncture,P<0.05 or P<0.01;the temperature of the left Taixi point was significantly lower than that before acupuncture at each time point from 2min of needle insertion to 20min of needle withdrawal,P<0.05 or P<0.01,there was no significant difference between the temperature of 30min after needle withdrawal and the temperature before acupuncture,P>0.05.(2)Acupuncture on the right Taixi point:the temperature of the right Fuliu point decreased significantly at each time point from 2min of needle insertion to l0min of needle withdrawal compared with that before acupuncture,P<0.05 or P<0.01;there was no significant difference between the temperature at 20min and 30min after acupuncture and the temperature before acupuncture,P>0.05.(3)Acupuncture at the right Taixi point:the temperature of the right Yingu point at each time point from 2min into the acupuncture needle to 20min out of the acupuncture needle on the right side decreased significantly compared with that before the acupuncture needl e,P<0.05 or P<0.01;there was no difference between the temperature at 30min out of the acupuncture needle and the temperature before acupuncture,P>0.0 5.2.Sub-health group:(1)Acupuncture at the right Taixi point:the temperature at each time point from 2min into the acupuncture point to 30min out of the acupuncture point on the right side decreased significantly compared with the temperature before acupuncture,P<0.05 or P<0.0 1;the temperature of the 1 eft Taixi point was significantly lower than that before acupuncture at each time point from 2min into acupuncture to 30min out of acupuncture,P<0.05 or P<0.01.(2)Acupuncture of the right Taixi point:the temperature of the right Fuliu point decreased significantly at each time point from 2min into the needle to 30min out of the needle compared with that before acupuncture,P<0.05 or P<0.01.(3)Acupuncture at the right Taixi point:the temperature at the right Yingu point decreased significantly from 2min to 20min before acupuncture,P<0.0 5 or P<0.0 1;there was no difference between the temperature at 30min after acupuncture and the temperature before acupuncture,P>0.05.3.Comparison between the sub-healthy group and the healthy group. In the subhealth group, the temperature of the right Fuliu point decreased significantly from 2min after acupuncture to 2min after acupuncture, and P<0.05 compared with the healthy group;the temperature of the right Yingu point decreased significantly from 2min after acupuncture to 20min after acupuncture, and P<0.05 compared with the healthy group.Conclusions:1.Acupuncture at the right Taixi point caused a decrease in the temperature of the left Taixi point, providing a basis for the clinical application of the "opposing-needling" therapy.2.Acupuncture at the right Taixi point caused a meridional decrease in the temperature of the ipsilateral Fuliu and Yingu points, suggesting a correlation between the meridional flow and temperature changes in the Shu-stream point and Jing-river point and He-sea point of the Kidney meridian of Foot Shao Yin.3.Acupuncture at the right Taixi point caused a decrease in the temperature of the point area in both the subhealth and healthy groups, and there was a difference in the temperature change between the two groups, with a more pronounced decrease in the temperature of the point area in the subhealth group.
