Clinical Efficacy Observation On Treatment Of Henoch-schonlein Purpura With Damp-heat Accumulation Type By Fenxiao Zouxie Method

Objective:In order to explore the pathogenesis of HSP further and clarify the effective rate and functional links of Fenxiao Zouxie method,the patients with damp-heat accumulation type were treated by this method,and the changes of each index before and after treatment were observed.Methods:According to various criteria,the cases of patients with allergic purpura were included,and they were given Fenxiao Zouxie method combined with routine basic treatment.The data on the improvement of macroscopic TCM symptoms and the changes in microscopic laboratory examinations were collected before and after treatment,and the statistical analysis software SPSS 25.0 was used for data analysis.P<0.05 indicates a difference,which is statistically significant.Results:This study included 60 patients who met the criteria,2 patients took other Chinese patent medicines during the study period,3 patients needed to change the treatment plan due to their illness,4 patients dropped out,and the actual number of completed cases was 51.1.TCM symptom score and clinical efficacy:After treatment,the condition of all patients was relieved,and the difference was significant before and after treatment(P<0.01).The results of TCM symptom score showed that the clinical efficacy of 2 courses of treatment was the best,and the clinical recovery,markedly effective and effective rates were 21.6%,58.8%and 19.6%respectively,which were significantly different from those before treatment and after 1 course of treatment(P<0.01).2.Laboratory test results:The positive situation in urinalysis was significantly improved compared with that before treatment,and the number of abnormally elevated LYMPH#,CRP,IL-2,and IL-4 in peripheral blood decreased after treatment,and the difference was significant compared with that before treatment(P<0.01).3.Safety evaluation:2 patients in all patients had mild adverse symptoms,and no obvious toxic and side effects were found during clinical observation.Conclusion:1.Fenxiao Zouxie method is safe and reliable to treat the patients with damp-heat accumulation type of HSP.This method can effectively relieve TCM symptoms,reduce damage to the kidneys,etc and improve short-term prognosis.2.Fenxiao Zouxie method played a significant role in reducing CRP and LYMPH#and abnormal secretion of IL-2 and IL-4 in patients with damp-heat accumulation type of HSP.
