Clinical Observation On Treatment Of Chronic Aplastic Anemia By TCM Kidney-tonifying Method And Its Effect On Expression Of ICAM-2 And ICAM-3

ObjectiveTo observe the effect of TCM kidney-tonifying method for CAA and its effect on ICAM-2 and ICAM-3,to understand the difference between the two different types of kidney deficiency,and to study the effect of TCM kidney-tonifying method on the hematopoietic adhesion behavior of CAA.Methods67 patients with CAA were split into two groups of 34 patients in the treatment group and 33 patients in the support group,and 20 healthy ones were recruited as controls.The differences in treatment between the two different types of kidney deficiency,and ICAM-2 and ICAM-3concentrations were measured by ELISA for comparative observation.Data were analyzed using SPSS 25.0 software,and differences were found to be statistically significant at P<0.05.Results(1)After treatment,the TCM score of the treatment group was lower than that of the support group(P<0.05);the blood WBC,HGB,PLT and Chinese and Western medicine efficacy of the treatment group were higher in the treatment group than in the support group.(2)Comparison between the kidney yin deficiency syndrome and the kidney yang deficiency syndrome: after treatment,the TCM score of the kidney yang deficiency syndrome was lower than that of the kidney yin deficiency syndrome(P<0.05),peripheral blood WBC and HGB values were higher than those of kidney yin deficiency syndrome(P<0.05);there was no significant difference between the Chinese and Western medicine efficacy and PLT values of the two types of patients(P>0.05).(3)Before treatment,the concentrations of ICAM-2 and ICAM-3 in the peripheral blood of CAA patients were significantly lower than those in healthy subjects(P<0.05).After treatment,ICAM-2 and ICAM-3 levels were significantly higher(P<0.05),and the treatment group performed better than the control group(P<0.05),but both groups were still lower than the healthy control group(P<0.05).ICAM-2 and ICAM-3 levels in the treatment group were better than those in the renal Yang deficiency group(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.The efficacy of TCM kidney-tonifying method is better than that of Zaizao Shengxue tablet.2.The efficacy of the kidney-yang deficiency type was superior to that of the kidney-yin deficiency type.3.The expression levels of ICAM-2 and ICAM-3 in peripheral blood of CAA patients were abnormal.4.TCM kidney-tonifying method can increase the levels of peripheral blood cell adhesion molecules ICAM-2 and ICAM-3 in CAA patients,and the regulation effect of renal yang deficiency patients is better than that of renal yin deficiency patients,suggesting that renal blood supplementation can regulate the hematopoietic adhesion behavior and hematopoietic function of bone marrow.
