Research On The Construction Of Rural Doctors In C Town,Qinglong County,Guizhou Province From The Perspective Of Policy Tools

Rural doctors are the "guardians" of people’s health,which play an indispensable role in the development of grass-roots medical and health undertakings and the health protection of the masses.Rural doctors have made great sacrifices and contributions in promoting poverty alleviation and ensuring basic medical care,and will also play a greater role in consolidating and expanding the achievements of health poverty alleviation and promoting rural revitalization.It is still an important issue to continuously expand the team of rural doctors.Governments at all levels emphasize the importance of strengthening the construction of rural doctors.Qinglong County also attaches importance to bringing the construction of rural doctors into the important agenda,and takes measures to strengthen the construction of rural doctors and improve the level of rural medical services.Policy tools are important means to transform policy objectives into results.Which policy tools to choose has an important impact on the achievement of the expected objectives of rural doctor team construction.This paper intends to study and discuss the construction of rural doctors in C town of Qinglong County from the perspective of policy tools,through questionnaire survey,structural interview,comparative analysis and other methods,in line with relevant policy tools.The research is mainly divided into the following parts: the first part is the introduction,which mainly introduces the relevant background,research situation at home and abroad,research methods and so on.The second part is the definition of core concepts and the introduction of theoretical basis.The third part is the basic situation of the construction of rural doctors in C town,mainly introducing the basic situation of rural doctors in C town,the construction of rural doctors,the classification of policy tools and other relevant situations.The fourth part mainly discusses the main problems and reasons in the application of policy tools for the construction of rural doctors.The fifth part mainly introduces the advanced methods adopted in the construction of rural doctors in other counties in China.The sixth part mainly discusses the countermeasures and suggestions to optimize the policy tools for the construction of rural doctors.The seventh part is the summary and prospect.After investigation and research,in order to further strengthen the construction of rural doctors in C Town,county and township linkage is needed to optimize the policy tools for the construction of rural doctors.The specific suggestions are as follows:First,strengthen the integration of policy tools and further optimize the structure of village doctors.Second,expand and improve complementary policies to improve the work efficiency of village doctors.Third,reduce the use of mandatory policy tools and focus on stimulating the vitality of rural medical workers.Fourth,we will make full use of incentive policies to improve the number of rural doctors with stable environment.Fifth,enrich the use of capacity building tools to enhance the effect of village medical education and training.
