| Objective: This article used the "Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Computer System(V3.0)" software and data mining technology to discuss Professor Song Aiying’s medication rules for class perimenopausal syndrome related to breast cancer endocrine therapy,and summarizes Professor Song Aiying’s clinical medication characteristics.It is hoped that it can provide ideas for clinical treatment and inherit the academic thoughts of famous Chinese medicine..Methods: To collect the cases of related patients who visited the clinic of Professor Song Aiying of the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from May 2020 to October 20211.The prescriptions were screened according to the corresponding inclusion and exclusion criteria,and 200 prescriptions were finally collected.Enter the patient’s name,gender,age,tongue image,pulse manifestation and prescription into the upload form template provided by the "Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Computer System(V3.0)" software.2.Used the software of "Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Computer System(V3.0)" to count the patient’s age,tongue image,pulse manifestation,four natures,five flavors,meridian distribution and efficacy,the association rule analysis,complex network display and cluster analysis were carried out to summarize the medication characteristics of Professor Song Aiying in treating this kind of diseases.Results: This study included 200 prescriptions,involving 151 traditional Chinese herbs,and all traditional Chinese herbs appeared 4107 times.1.All the patients were female,most of whom were 45-54 years old,accounting for 43.50% of the total number.2.The tongue and pulse analysis of 200 patients showed that the most common conditions were red tongue,little coating,stringy and thin pulse.3.Involving 151 traditional Chinese herbs,13 of which were used more than 100 times,including prunella asiatica,radix curcumae,oldenlandia diffusa,dendrobium,blighted wheat,hoantchy,prepared rehmannia root,white tricks,paeonia lactiflora,litchi nucleus,polygala,phyllanthus arenarius and tangerine peel.4.The four natures were mainly cold and warm,accounting for 71.25%of the total frequency.The five flavors were mainly bitter and sweet,accounting for 71.37% of the total frequency.The meridian distribution mainly belongs to the meridians of liver,lung,kidney and spleen,accounting for 67.75% of the total frequency.5.According to the statistics of drug efficacy,17 kinds of drugs were involved,most of which were tonic drugs and heat-clearing drugs,accounting for 50.62% of all traditional Chinese medicine.6.Under the conditions of 90 support and 0.9 confidence,the association rules were analyzed and 63 association rules were obtained,including 37 association rules for two drugs,24 association rules for three drugs and 2association rules for four drugs.7.Based on the K-means algorithm and cluster analysis,6 kinds of core drug combinations were obtained: 1.prunella asiatica,oldenlandia diffusa,radix curcumae,dendrobium,hoantchy,mistletoe,phyllanthus arenarius,blighted wheat;2.prunella asiatica,oldenlandia diffusa,radix curcumae,dendrobium,blighted wheat,paeonia lactiflora,sarsa,tangerine peel;3.prunella asiatica,radix curcumae,dendrobium,hoantchy,blighted wheat,paeonia lactiflora,prepared rehmannia root,white tricks;4.prunella asiatica,radix curcumae,oldenlandia diffusa,dendrobium,white tricks,paeonia lactiflora,prepared rehmannia root,tangerine peel;5.prunella asiatica,oldenlandia diffusa,dendrobium,blighted wheat,sarsa,kiwi root,tangerine peel,paeonia lactiflora;6.prunella asiatica,radix curcumae,dendrobium,hoantchy,prepared rehmannia root,paeonia lactiflora,tangerine peel,malt.Conclusion: Professor Song Aiying treats the endocrine therapy related class perimenopausal syndrome of breast cancer with concentrates drug,and frequently used the energen-invigorating drugs and yin-reinforcing drugs.Based on the pathogenesis,support healthy energy and give consideration to anti-cancer,the treatment rule of tonifying kidney and regulating liver and regulating yin yang are runs through treatment of diseases. |
