| As advanced science, technology and the economy have flourished, the definition and scope of design has also changed. In the information age, from creating "products" to changing people’s lifestyle, design can be methods, procedures or services. On the one hand, with the application of modern advanced technology and the Internet, medical care, which is closely related to people’s lives, has entered the era of wisdom, and medical services and experiences have been greatly upgraded and optimised, and the introduction of smart medical care has greatly promoted the improvement of the public health system and the change of service models. On the other hand,China has entered an ageing society and the elderly group,as one of the important groups in society,is growing. The special physiological and psychological characteristics of the elderly determine their relatively high dependence on medical services. However, the unfriendly digital divide between the elderly population and smart healthcare has temporarily forced them to stay away from smart healthcare. We explore the current status and development trend of service design in the field of smart healthcare, call attention to the medical problems of the elderly in the context of smart healthcare, focus on the elderly users, optimise the user experience from the perspective of the elderly, help the elderly to seek medical treatment, cross the digital divide, bring the elderly users emotional care, convenient medical services and shared digital medical information, and promote the sustainable development of China’s healthcare industry. It will bring emotional care, convenient medical services and shared digital medical information to elderly users and promote the sustainable development of China’s healthcare industry.Firstly,it combs the background of the development of smart medicine and its research status at home and abroad.Through desktop research and literature analysis, the development trend of the topic is summarised and the physiological and psychological characteristics of the elderly are summarised. Then,we use questionnaires,in-depth interviews, case studies and service design to study the needs of target users, and analyse the online medical service products and offline multifunctional medical devices respectively. Then, based on user needs, combined with case analysis, summarize the problems and obstacles in the intelligent medical treatment process of the elderly, explore the real needs of users, summarize and prioritize the needs. Finally, through the research on the stakeholders of medical service design, the content and level of intelligent medical service design, and the precipitation of the key points of intelligent medical service system design for the elderly, the intelligent medical service design system is analyzed in detail.Starting from the intelligent medical service system design, system product design and system information design, output the intelligent medical service system strategy for the elderly and construct the service model.Based on the strategy research results, carry out the design practice and usability test of intelligent medical service for the elderly. The final results are as follows: first, the opportunities for service design to intervene in the medical service of smart healthcare are summarized through literature research;second, the problems of smart medical service for the elderly are outputted through questionnaires, user interviews and case studies and transformed into needs;third, through analysis of the design system of smart medical service, strategies are outputted from the design of service system, product design and system information design and the construction of service models.Thirdly,by analyzing the smart medical care service design system, strategies were output from three aspects: service system design, product design and system information design, and strategies for online interaction positivity and offline place perfection were output and the service model was constructed;fourthly, the theoretical model was verified through the practice of designing medical care service system for the elderly in the context of smart medical care. |
