Research On The Design Of Mobile Nursing Product Service System Under The Background Of Smart Medical Care

In recent years,significant changes have taken place in medical services with the rapid development of mobile internet.The informatization in the nursing field has also been further constructed with the advancement of the wise medical service model.At present,there are relatively few studies on service innovation of mobile nursing system in China,therefore,nursing application systems such as nursing process,nursing service form and mobile nursing devices still have a large space for optimization.Taking the existing medical nursing service mode as the background,aiming to improve and supplement it to meet the daily nursing needs of nurses,this research firstly conducts literature review on the development status of product service system and mobile nursing system,providing theoretical support for subsequent research.This research explores the design ideas applicable for mobile nursing product service system,and introduces QFD to improve the design method based on service engineering after summarizing relevant design methods of product service system.Secondly,based on the needs of nursing service users,this research extracts the daily work needs of nurses through user interviews,behavioral observation and questionnaire survey.Then it summarizes,classifies,uses Kano to calculate the importance of user needs and get the importance ranking,and then establishes the corresponding user portrait.With the hierarchical analysis of nursing service content through service engineering model,the corresponding service characteristics can be extracted from the service content.Then,the service characteristics are brought into the "House of Quality" model,and the ranking of service characteristics is calculated corresponding to different types of requirements.Based on the calculation results of QFD house of quality,combined with the relevant theories of service engineering,service design and the relevant principles of medical care services,the design strategy and direction are proposed to improve the existing service system of mobile nursing products.Finally,at the level of design practice,this research takes mobile nursing product service system as the practice content,and applies the results of previous research through mobile nursing system service blueprint,mobile nursing cart design and mobile nursing APP design,and makes corresponding human-machine analysis and usability verification on the design practice content.The user requirements and service characteristics summarized in this research can be applied in the service design under the mobile nursing scenario.Additionally,it has also made attempts at feasibility of supplementing the product service system with different disciplinary research methods.The proposed design strategies and design practices are intended to provide a new direction for the design and research of mobile nursing product service system.
