Correlation Between TORCH Infection And Fetal Ultrasound Indexes

Background and purpose TORCH is a general term for a group of pathogens,including parasites and viruses,They are cytomegalovirus(CMV),gondii Toxoplasma(TOX),rubella virus(RV),and herpes simplex virus(HSV),namely the four items of eugenics examination.These pathogens can infect host and resulted disease.Intrauterine infection during pregnancy will threaten the growth and development of the fetus and even its survival,such as premature delivery,abortion,malformation,heart disease and other adverse phenomena of pregnant women.Eugenics examination has been implemented in China to eliminate the damage caused by TORCH infection and ensure the eugenics of women of childbearing age Physical examination system,but eugenics physical examination is not a mandatory measure.Many pregnant couples may not choose to do this examination for various reasons.The purpose of this study was to prove the importance of eugenics physical examination.By selecting the positive cases of eugenics physical examination population and the clinical cases of negative normal population,and tracking the follow-up ultrasound index inspection data,we can make statistical data analysis,and intuitively show the similarities and differences between TORCH infected and uninfected people in eugenics physical examination.Try to find out which indicators are not different and which indicators are different between TORCH infected people and non infected people after active treatment and negative conversion.This is the purpose of the study.This shows that if eugenics physical examination is not carried out,the positive cases may not be treated in time,and may lag behind the negative population in individual indicators and to prove eugenics physical examination system’s important.In order to strengthen the publicity of eugenic physical examination,improve the rate of eugenic physical examination,and provide sufficient and effective scientific basis.In recent years,the number of births in China has gradually decreased.Although the country has gradually liberalized the second and third births,it still can not improve the birth rate.The population situation is very serious.However,under the situation that the birth rate is decreasing year by year,there is still have a certain proportion of pregnancy failure and its total amount is not low.This study attempts to find out the causes of pregnancy failure through the study of embryo suspension and abortion,so as to provide necessary basis for pregnant women and clinical measures to avoid pregnancy failure.Research objects and methods Part one: Taken the eugenics physical examination cases in the laboratory department of Rizhao Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital from2017 to 2020 as the research object,the samples with positive TORCH test results were included in the TORCH infection positive group,the cases with negative TORCH results in the same period were randomly selected as the control group,and tested with MAGLUMI series automatic analyzer.The follow-up B-ultrasound examination results of the subjects were tracked through the hospital case return visit system,the pregnancy situation within one year was recorded and analyzed,and the pregnancy rate,abortion rate and positive rate of ultrasound indexes of the two groups were counted and statistically analyzed.Part two: Taking the fetal villus tissue of patients with embryo suspension and abortion in the prenatal diagnosis center of our hospital from 2017 to 2020 as the research object,DNA was extracted from the samples by CMA method,and the DNA concentration was measured and diluted.After digestion,ligation and PCR,the PCR products were detected by detection,purification,quantification and fragmentation,and the final detection results were statistically analyzed.Results there was no significant difference in pregnancy rate and abortion rate between TORCH infection positive group and negative control group within one year after physical examination(P > 0.05),but there was significant difference in the positive rate of ultrasound indexes(P < 0.05).The main cause of embryo suspension and abortion was chromosome abnormality,accounting for 73.6%.The incidence of chromosome abnormality was not statistically significant in the elderly group(≥ 35 years old)and the younger group(< 35 years old)(P > 0.05)Conclusion 1.TORCH infection during eugenics examination before pregnancy will not interfere with subsequent pregnancy after treatment.Within one year after treatment,the occurrence of embryo abortion has nothing to do with it.The short-term infection history of TORCH within one year will cause abnormalities in ultrasound indicators,including umbilical cord entanglement,umbilical cord around neck,threatened abortion,placental abruption,fetal soft index,etc.2.The main cause of embryo suspension is chromosome abnormality.Most of them are aneuploidy abnormalities.There is no significant difference in chromosome abnormalities between high and low age pregnant women.Innovation The innovation of this study is to open up the connection between the laboratory and the ultrasound department.Track the clinical case data through the hospital electronic case system,and explore the impact of TORCH infection on subsequent pregnancy in the field of TORCH eugenics examination.It provides an important reference for making appropriate clinical treatment decisions.Another major innovation is the combination of eugenics examination and prenatal diagnosis.Through the analysis of the CMA test results of abortion tissues of patients with embryo suspension in the prenatal diagnosis laboratory,it is concluded that chromosome abnormalities account for the main factor(73.6%),but in addition,the causes of 26.4% of embryo suspension have not been found.Therefore,it is a direction for the research on the impact of TORCH infection in the field of prenatal diagnosis in the future,It is proved that it is very important to screen TORCH intrauterine infection in amniotic fluid directly in the field of prenatal diagnosis.
