Abstract/Summary:
Objective: By comparing the growth rate of gastrointestinal polyps in different patients with Peutz-Jeghers Syndrome, the total cholesterol,triacylglycerol,fibrinogen,albumin,albumin/fibrinogen,platelets,lymphocytes,platelets/lymphocytes.The differences of nine indicators provide a clinical theoretical basis for clinical judgment of the growth rate of polyps in Peutz-Jeghers Syndrome. Methods: Statistical screening was performed on the basic personal data of the two groups of patients. The first group of experimental patients with Peutz-Jeghers Syndrome(greater than or equal to 1cm)with a polyp growth rate greater than 4.5 was the experimental group, with a total of 7 cases, while the control group included 96 other patients;Patients(greater than or equal to 2cm)with a polyp growth rate greater than 1 were included in the experimental group, with a total of 11 cases, and the control group as a total of 90 other patients. It was required that there was no statistical difference in the basic characteristics(age, gender, nutritional status, etc.)For selected patient cases, according to polyp growth rate, total cholesterol(mmol/L),triacylglycerol(mmol/L),fibrinogen(g/L),albumin(g/L),albumin/fibrin The nine indicators, including blood platelets,platelets(10*9/L),lymphocytes(10*9/L),platelets/lymphocytes,etc.,were used to judge, and statistics were performed on each group of patients, and the results were analyzed and discussed.Result: In the observation group and the control group, the indicators of polyp growth rate greater than or equal to 1cm: total cholesterol,triacylglycerol,albumin,albumin/fibrinogen index and polyp growth rate(polyp greater than or equal to 1cm)index(P< 0.05);fibrinogen,platelets,lymphocytes,platelet/lymphocyte indexes and polyp growth rate(polyps greater than or equal to 1 cm)indexes had no statistical difference(P>0.05).In the observation group and the control group, the indicators of polyp growth rate greater than or equal to 1cm: total cholesterol,triacylglycerol,albumin,albumin/fibrinogen,platelets,lymphocyte indicators and polyp growth rate(polyp greater than or equal to 2cm)There was no statistical difference between the fibrinogen,platelet/lymphocyte index and polyp growth rate(polyp greater than or equal to 2cm)index(P>0.05).Conclusion: The growth rate of gastrointestinal polyps in patients with Peutz-Jeghers Syndrome was correlated with total cholesterol,triacylglycerol,albumin,albumin/fibrinogen,platelets,lymphocytes,and platelet/lymphocyte indexes to varying degrees. In patients with polyps larger than or equal to 1cm,the faster the polyp growth rate, the lower the total cholesterol,albumin,albumin/fibrinogen indexes, and the higher triglyceride indexes;fibrinogen,platelets,lymphocytes,platelets/lymphocytes indexes There is no significant difference. In patients with polyps larger than or equal to 2 cm,the faster the polyp growth rate, the lower the total cholesterol,albumin,albumin/fibrinogen indexes, and the higher platelet, lymphocyte, and triacylglycerol indexes;fibrinogen,platelet/lymphocyte indexes There was no significant difference, suggesting that the clinical diagnosis of Peutz-Jeghers Syndrome determine the growth rate of polyps by total cholesterol,albumin,albumin/fibrinogen,and triacylglycerol indexes, and in some patients with larger polyps Platelet and lymphocyte indexes can also be used as indexes for judging the speed of polyp growth.
