| As a result of the phenomenon of introversion,the pace of life keeps accelerating,and many people find it difficult to have a healthy diet and regular work and rest,coupled with poor disease awareness,cardiovascular diseases have formed an obvious epidemic trend and show an increasing trend.Cardiovascular disease has become one of the main factors threatening people’s health.ECG and PPG contain a lot of human cardiovascular information,can reflect the human cardiovascular state.Monitoring ECG and PPG is of great significance for the diagnosis and prevention of cardiovascular diseases.In summary,this paper proposes a portable ECG oximetry dynamic monitor for monitoring ECG and PPG.Firstly,this paper introduces the generation and morphological characteristics of ECG and PPG,and then analyzes the acquisition principle of ECG and PPG deeply.In this paper,the principle of blood oxygen saturation detection is analyzed in detail and its calculation process is deduced.According to the theoretical basis,the ECG acquisition module is designed on the basis of ADS1293 of TI company,and the PPG signal acquisition module is designed on the basis of MAX30102 of Meisen Company.ECG are collected using 5 leads,which can detect standard three leads,pressurized unipolar three leads,and a chest lead.STM32F429 microcontroller is selected as the main control chip of the system,and the multi-task real-time operating system Free RTOS is transplanted as the core.Based on the multi-task system,several tasks such as data acquisition,processing,storage,display and electrode shedding detection are designed to realize the main functions of the system.Secondly,this paper introduces a signal denoising algorithm based on improved EMD and improved wavelet threshold.The signal containing noise is decomposed to obtain the inherent modal function,and the mode containing noise is reconstructed with the other modes after denoising by Savitzky-Golay filter.In this paper,the algorithm is verified by using MIT-BIH database of arrhythmia and the data collected by our system,and the experiment shows that the algorithm can effectively remove the noise in the signal.Finally,this paper verified the final system,and compared the signal collected by the equipment with the standard signal.By comparison,each characteristic of the ECG and PPG collected by the system is complete and obvious,similar to the shape of the standard signal,which can effectively collect ECG and PPG.Mindray PM-9000 monitor was used to compare the collected signals,heart rate and blood oxygen saturation.Eight testers participated in the comparative experiment and collected a total of 80 groups of experimental data.Among them,the average error of heart rate measurement was 0.5times/min and the maximum error was 3 times/min,and the average error of blood oxygen saturation was-0.15% and the maximum error was-2%.The bland-Altman method was used to carry out the consistency analysis experiment.The results show that the system has a high consistency with the PM-9000 monitor,indicating that the system has a certain reliability in the detection of heart rate and blood oxygen saturation. |
