| Objective: This study was conducted by organizing the cases in the tutor’s clinic,screening out the eligible chronic atrophic gastritis cases in strict accordance with the nadir criteria,entering the data in the cases into the "Famous Old Chinese Medicine Experience Transmission Platform",and using the platform to explore Professor Su Juanping’s experience in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis,so as to summarize the tutor’s clinical The data from the cases will be entered into the "Famous Old Chinese Medicine Practitioner Experience Transmission Platform".Methods:We collected 216 complete and valid cases of chronic atrophic gastritis patients who attended the outpatient clinic of Shanxi Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from September 2019 to December 2021 and were treated by Professor Su Juanping.The collected cases were entered into the "Platform for the transmission of experience of famous veteran Chinese medicine practitioners",and the results were presented in visual charts by using frequency analysis,drug analysis and association rule analysis in the platform to accurately explore the interrelationship between symptoms,symptoms and prescriptions and medications through integrated data collection,organization and analysis.Results:1.General information analysis: Among 216 patients with chronic atrophic gastritis,115 were male,accounting for 53.24%;101 were female,accounting for 46.76%;the male to female ratio was about 1.14:1.The proportions of each age group in descending order were: 50-59 years old,60-69 years old,40-49 years old,30-39 years old,70-79 years old,and 20-29 years old,the overall age concentration is between 40-70 years old.2.Analysis of medical case data: Among the diseases involved,the top5 in frequency were: gastric distension,gastroparesis,acid vomiting,abdominal distention and fullness,and noisy disease,accounting for about90% of the total,all of which belonged to the digestive system.There were84 symptoms,with a total frequency of 1043,and 22 symptoms with a frequency of ≥10,in descending order of frequency: gastric distension,poor sleep,dry mouth,thirst,bitter mouth,pain in the stomach,poor appetite,heartburn,belching,acid reflux,coldness in the stomach,constipation,loose stools,nausea,straining to defecate,vague back pain,foreign body sensation in the throat,dysgeusia,bad breath,abdominal distension,abdominal pain,unpleasant stools,and Weakness.There were seven types of tongue texture,the top three of which were light red tongue,red tongue and fat tongue.There were 6 types of tongue coating,the most frequent being thin white coating,followed by white coating,thick white coating,thin yellow coating,yellow coating and thick yellow coating.There were 7 types of pulse,and the top3 in order of frequency were string pulse,thin string pulse,and sunken string pulse.216 patients with chronic atrophic gastritis showed 12 types of symptoms,among which 4 types of symptoms appeared more frequently than 10,in descending order: 91 cases(42.13%)with liver and stomach qi stagnation,57 cases(26.39%)with cold and heat stagnation,31 cases(14.35%)with spleen deficiency qi stagnation,13 cases with liver and stomach heat stagnation,and 13 cases with liver and stomach heat stagnation.and 13 cases(6.02%)with liver-stomach heat stagnation.3.Drug analysis: A total of 134 herbs were used in 216 prescriptions,with a total frequency of 3756 times.The top ten were liquorice,pinellia ternata,coptis root,Chinese thorowax root,zedoary turmeric,tetradium ruticarpum,wolfiporia cocos,dandelion,white peony root,and radix curcumae.The results of the four gases showed that warm,cold and flat medicines were used more frequently;the results of the five tastes showed that bitter,pungent and sweet tastes were used more frequently;the results of the attribution statistics showed that the spleen and stomach were dominant,followed by the liver and lung;the results of the types of medicines showed that the most used medicines were for deficiency,followed by heat-clearing medicines,qi-regulating medicines,blood-stasis-activating medicines,epithelial medicines and phlegm-relieving medicines to relieve cough and asthma.4.Analysis of associated rules:Commonly used drugs for liver and stomach stagnation are Chinese thorowax root,white peony root,fructus aurantii immaturus,rhizoma corydalis,szechwan chinaberry fruit,Citrus medica L.var.sarcodactylis Swingle.Commonly used drugs for cold-heat syndrome are scutellaria baicalensis georgi,coptis root,dried ginger,tetradium ruticarpum,wolfiporia cocos,cassia twig,ganoderma.Commonly used drugs for spleen deficiency and qi stagnation are radix pesudostellariae,atractylodes macrocephala koidz,wolfiporia cocos,pinellia ternata,tangerine peel,magnolia,semen litchi,pericarpium arecae,common burreed rhizome,zedoary turmeric.Commonly used drugs for liver and stomach heat are Chinese thorowax root,white peony root,fructus aurantii immaturus,coptis root,tetradium ruticarpum,concha arcae,prunellae spica,dandelion,tangerine peel,pinellia ternata.Conclusion:Using the technology of 〝 Famous Old Chinese Medicine Practitioner Experience Transmission Platform 〞,the analysis shows that Professor Su Juanping believes that chronic atrophic gastritis is based on spleen deficiency,marked by blood stasis and turbidity,in the treatment of CAG emphasizes the spleen and stomach in the middle jiao,mainly by strengthening the spleen and benefiting the qi;regulating the qi of the spleen and stomach,taking into account the qi of the liver and lung;focusing on microscopic dialectic,treating by clearing heat and activating blood;using medicine to regulate both cold and heat,focusing on the overall medicinal properties;paying attention to humanistic care,communicating and educating in place.Professor Su Juanping has her own unique insights in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis,which is highly effective and recognized by the majority of patients.The data mined through the platform can provide more reference ideas for the treatment of the disease by Chinese medicine. |
