Research And Formulation Of WFAS Standard Technical Benchmark Of Acupuncture-Moxibustion: Cupping

Objective: Study the development and application of cupping in countries and regions around the world,and clarify the characteristic operation of cupping in each country and region,so as to form the WFAS standard Technical benchmark of Acupuncture-Moxibustion:cupping,further promote the global application and promotion of cupping therapy,improve the efficacy and safety of cupping therapy,promote the influence of traditional Chinese medicine cupping therapy in the world,and provide a unified reference model for the teaching,clinical and basic research of cupping therapy in the world.Methods: Based on literature research,the fifth edition of Chinese medical code CD-ROM published in 2014,Chinese literature database(CNKI,Wanfang database and VIP database),English literature database(Pub Med database,web of science database and TMRDE database)were searched to comprehensively collect the domestic and foreign cupping literature related to cupping,and form a cupping technology practice database.Combined with the collection questionnaire of cupping clinical problems and expert questionnaire investigation,and through the Delphi method and expert consensus meeting method,according to the relevant requirements of the WFAS Technical Benchmark of Acupuncture-Moxibustion: General Rules for Drafting,We drafted the draft.After investigating the expert opinions on the draft,further improve and modify the draft,and finally form the draft for review of WFAS standard Technical benchmark of Acupuncture and moxibustion: cupping.According to the process of WFAS standard formulation,this study is mainly "WFAS standard text drafting stage"(NP stage).Results:1.A total of 60161 "corners","3468 barrels" and "5130 cups" were retrieved from ancient literature.After receiving and discharging,235 were finally included,a total of 61 articles.Through literature information extraction,it is concluded that there are 19 articles to cups,17 articles to suction and extraction methods,16 articles to application methods,7articles to contraindications and 38 articles to cupping indications.2.Among the modern periodical literature,7902 Chinese literature and 99 English literature were included.Among them,the most used cup is glass cupping device,followed by air extraction cupping device;The most commonly used suction and extraction method is flash-fire cupping method,followed by suction cupping method;The most commonly used method is the pricking-cupping bloodletting method,followed by retained cupping method.3.A total of 127 cupping related books and standards were retrieved,including 114 cupping books and 13 standards.A total of 51 books and standards were included,including40 modern cupping books and 11 standard cupping books.4.The positive coefficient of experts is 100%,and the degree of expert authority Cr =0.805.Delphi method experts reached a consensus on the following contents: in terms of suction and extraction method,they reached a consensus on the specifications and specific practice of flash-fire cupping method,air extraction cupping method and water boiling method.In terms of cupping application methods,a consensus was reached on the norms and specific practice of retained cupping method,flash cupping method,slide cupping method,pricking-cupping bloodletting method and retaining needle and cupping.A consensus was reached on the relevant contents of disinfection in cupping practice.No consensus has been reached on the specific practice of medicated cupping method.5.Cupping devices: glass cupping devices and air extraction cupping devices are the most widely used in the world,followed by bamboo cupping devices.Suction and extraction methods: the flash-fire cupping method in the cupping method is mostly used in China,and the Suction cupping method is commonly used in foreign countries.Application methods: the Middle East and Europe are mainly divided into dry cupping method and wet cupping method,in which the wet cupping method is equivalent to the pricking-cupping bloodletting method in China.In Asia,especially in China,it is divided into retained cupping method,flash cupping method,pricking-cupping bloodletting method,slide cupping method,etc.the medicated cupping method is only applied in China.Conclusion:1.Cupping therapy is one of the main therapies in the subject of acupuncture and moxibustion of traditional Chinese medicine.It has the characteristics of many methods of suction and extraction,rich application methods and wide clinical application.2.Cupping therapy is an important part of traditional medicine in the world,but there are obvious differences among countries in the selection and application of cupping utensils.3.Foreign countries focus on the safety control of cupping therapy,while domestic countries focus on the exertion of cupping efficacy.4.Medicine cupping is a unique way of cupping application in China.
