Study On Technical Operation Standard Of Scalp Acupuncture

Objective: To use standardized research methods of acupuncture and moxibustion techniques to compile scalp acupuncture technical operation specifications to improve and optimize the standardized technical operations of scalp acupuncture therapy,and to provide references for the revision of national standards,clinical application and technological innovation of scalp acupuncture therapy.Method: To draw up the structural elements of scalp acupuncture technical operation specifications;extract scalp acupuncture monographs,acupuncture and moxibustion integrated textbooks and standard documents related to scalp acupuncture technical operations,and compile scalp acupuncture technical operations specifications based on the technical data obtained from the literature research.First draft: design the questionnaire entries based on the content of the first draft,solicit experts’ opinions and suggestions on the improvement of the first draft of the scalp technical operation specification through the Delphi two-round correspondence inquiry method,obtain expert consensus and modify the revised draft of the specification;Finally,the clinical operation verification observation under the guidance of the revised draft is carried out,and the final scalp acupuncture technical operation specifications are drawn up based on the verification results of operational norms,safety and suitability.Results: In the standard preparation stage,a total of 22 books,472 core journal documents and 10 standard documents and documents on the technical operation of scalp acupuncture were analyzed.Under the guidance of the staff of the Standards Department and the high-level acupuncture doctors of the research group,in accordance with the principles and methods of standard compilation,through the standardized application of the operation content of the literature,and with the help of professional knowledge,the draft of the technical operation specification of scalp acupuncture was compiled and formed;In the standard improvement stage,two rounds of letter consultation-style expert opinion surveys were conducted.A total of 24 acupuncture experts participated in the survey,from 14 third-level A Chinese hospitals,6 third-level A general hospitals,and 2acupuncture and moxibustion experts.There are higher TCM medical colleges and a TCM scientific research center.In the first round,24 questionnaires were sent with a response rate of RR 100%,an authority coefficient of 0.930,and a W coefficient of0.474.In the second round,17 questionnaires were issued with an RR of 94.1%,an authority coefficient of Cr 0.925,and a W coefficient of 0.555.The information obtained is reliable.Through the full score ratio,arithmetic mean,and coefficient of variation CV of the two rounds of questionnaires,the screening thresholds of questionnaire items were set,and “acupuncture practice,air intake method,Xu Ji replenishing and reducing,and welcoming replenishing and reducing” were deleted,according to the expert text.Opinions and suggestions deleted the "lifting,tremor" needle method,modified the description of the reserved items,and formed the revised draft of the scalp acupuncture technical operation specification.In the standardization stage,42 subjects were included for clinical verification,and each subject was subjected to scalp acupuncture treatment operations under the guidance of the revised draft three times(once a day).In the normative verification,the consistent rate of acupuncture replenishment and reduction operation was 80.95%,which was caused by some patients not performing the twisting replenishment and reduction operation due to their condition,and was not a problem of item description,classification or operating parameters.In the cases that underwent the twisting and replenishing and reducing operations,the operator’s feedback consistency evaluation was good;in the safety verification,the patient’s acupuncture discomfort(NRS pain score)was between 1 and 3 points,which was in a normal needle level.Within the range of stabbing pain,and there are no abnormal situations and adverse events related to scalp acupuncture treatment;in the suitability verification,the patient’s “doctor-patient communication,treatment room environment,doctor’s operation,subject position,and doctor’s arrangement of treatment time” "And "Choose this scalp acupuncture treatment again,recommend this scalp acupuncture treatment to others" have been satisfactorily evaluated;the above suggested that the revised draft is standardized,safe and appropriate.Based on the verification results,the research group discussed and analyzed and finalized the final scalp technical operation specifications.Conclusion: This research focuses on the standardization of scalp technical operation,and the compilation and modification of the operating specifications run through: first collect the content and materials developed by the scalp technical operating specifications on the basis of respecting the authenticity of the literature;then use scientific expert opinion investigation methods Consensus deletion and modification of technical operation related content compiled on the basis of literature;and then through the standardization,safety and suitability verification of clinical operation,the scalp acupuncture technical operation specification is finally formed.The entire research method is scientific,and there is a certain reference in the methodology for the development or revision of other acupuncture technical operating specifications;the final scalp acupuncture technical operating specifications are authentic,standardized,safe and suitable,and are suitable for scalp acupuncture countries.The revision of standards and the clinical research and application of scalp acupuncture also have certain reference value.
