Objective:Diabetic peripheral neuropathy(DPN)is one of the most common chronic complications of diabetes. This topic through studying the change of the blood coagulation function in patients with DPN,assess its role and significance in the diagnosis of DPN prediction, early diagnosis and intervention for DPN provide clinical reference value. Methods: Randomly in November 2020 to October 2021,the Qinghai university hospital endocrinology clinic allocated about a total of 240 cases of T2 DM patients.VPT inspections for all into the group of patients, according to whether the merger peripheral neuropathy is divided into pure DM group(n = 120)and DPN group(n =120).Selected 120 cases of healthy physical examination in our hospital medical center.General information collection and biochemical and coagulation index, the index between the comparison and analysis between the three groups, the difference of the analysis of blood coagulation function index, correlation with other risk and protective factors analysis of DPN.Results:1.General information:healthy controls, pure DM group and DPN in gender, age, smoking history,BMI,no statistically significant discrepancy(P>0.05),compared course between the three groups, statistically significant difference(P<0.05).2.Biochemical indicators:UA between the three groups,TC,TG,FPG,2 HPG,Hb A1C compared discrepancies statistically significant(P<0.05),which in the TG,FPG,2 HPG and Hb A1C,in the comparison of the discrepancies between any two groups have statistical significance distinctly(P<0.05).Cys C,LDL,HDL,PDW,HB,PLT,FCP,2 HCP,FIN,there was no statistically significant diversity in comparison between the three groups(P>0.05).3.Coagulation indexes:three groups of DD,FIB,APTT and PT have statistically significant apparently(P<0.05),which in the comparison of DD,FIB,any diversity between the two groups have statistical significance obviously(P<0.05).TT compared diversities between the three groups have no statistical significance(P>0.05).4.Spearman correlation analysis:The correlation analysis of DD,FIB,APTT and PT with FPG,2h PG and Hb A1c in DPN group, according to the results of the study, indicated that APTT and PT were negatively correlated with FPG,2h PG and Hb A1c,at the same time DD was positively correlated with FPG,2h PG and Hb A1c(r=0.256、r=0.138、r=0.190).FIB was positively correlated with FPG,2h PG,Hb A1c(r=0.239,r=0.147,r=0.130).5.Binary Logistic regression analysis:DD(OR=1.884),FIB(OR=1.515),FPG(OR=1.226),UA(OR=1.006)and course of disease(OR=1.093)were independent risk factors for DPN,while 2h blood glucose, elevated APTT(OR=0.871)was a protective factor for DPN.Conclusions:1.DD and FIB levels in DPN group were higher than those in T2 DM group, suggesting that the risk of DPN increased with the increase of DD and FIB levels;2.DD、FIB、FPG、UA and course of disease were risk factors for DPN,and APTT was protective factor for DPN.
