Pain management is an important part of the entire healthcare cycle.When performing pain management,hospital medical staff need to use a variety of medical equipment to regularly measure and record a number of vital sign parameters for patients,and then the doctor integrates various physiological indicators to confirm the patient’s physical state.However,the physical transmission interfaces and data transmission formats of different medical equipment are different,and most of the data generated by medical equipment can only be viewed on the corresponding equipment,which makes the monitoring data scattered and isolated from each other,and cannot be integrated and real-time.feedback of.Therefore,an intelligent gateway system for pain management is needed to extract and integrate these data,so that doctors can better grasp the physical state of patients and provide better services for patients.The types of medical equipment interfaces are different,and the data protocols are diversified.The existing gateway systems are generally based on the Internet of Things,and lack the analysis and adaptation of serial port devices and USB port devices.This thesis focuses on three types of commonly used medical equipment involved in pain management scenarios,and builds a complete set of intelligent gateway systems based on industrial computers.Through an intelligent gateway,the system enables monitors,ventilators,and syringe pumps of different brands and models to break through data barriers and realize data fusion.The main work of this thesis is as follows:Design and implement gateway software system based on EPIC-N93 industrial motherboard of YanYuGongKong,respectively realize northbound interface and southbound interface,so that the data of medical equipment on the bottom layer of southbound can be reported to the server side of northbound through the gateway.In terms of southbound interfaces,the gateway monitors the physical interface in real time to see if medical equipment is connected.Once it detects the access of the equipment,it intelligently identifies the type of the equipment,obtains the data of the equipment,and parses,extracts,verifies,organizes and analyzes the medical parameters according to the defined medical parameters.Reporting,so as to shield the underlying differences and provide medical data in a standardized format.In terms of northbound interface,the gateway defines the composition of topics and sends data to the proxy server through the MQTT protocol.The experimental results show that the gateway can be adapted to three types of pain management medical equipment commonly used in hospitals:monitors,syringe pumps and anesthesia machines,and covers the physical interfaces commonly used by the above equipment:serial ports,USB to virtual serial ports,and RJ45 network ports.Stable and realtime flow of medical data related to pain management,providing effective monitoring to patients.
