Intelligent medical is a new concept and mode to promote the intelligence of medical diagnosis,management and service by using the Internet of Things,cloud computing,big data,Artificial Intelligence and other new generation of information technology.Intelligent medical is an important component and evaluation index of smart city.At present,the research of intelligent medical treatment is in the ascendant.The realization of intelligent medical treatment can reduce the work intensity of medical staff and improve their work efficiency;besides it can connect patients,medical institutions and health service institutions,realize the sharing of medical information,help break the situation of "information island" in the medical field;it can provide more scientific and efficient medical services for patients,the scheme can reduce the cost of medical service to a certain extent;it can use data mining technology to predict the disease and provide scientific basis for doctors’ decisions.In this paper,Narrow Band Internet of Things technology is applied to the field of intelligent medical care.Based on the research of intelligent medical management of diabetes,an intelligent medical system based on Narrow Band Internet of Things is designed,which is also the innovation of this paper.The specific research contents are as follows: first,the research on the Narrow Band Internet of Things technology has completed the design of the mode and the overall architecture of the system for applying the Narrow Band Internet of Things technology to the Intelligent medical management of diabetes;second,completed the software and hardware design of the blood glucose collection terminal,realized the collection of the patient’s blood glucose information and the interaction between the terminal and the Zhiyun platform;third,the technology of the Internet of Things cloud platform is studied,and the data interaction between the system and the Zhiyun platform is realized;fourth,completed the design of the system management software,realized the communication and management of medical information between the user and the Zhiyun platform and the hospital server,and data mining technology is used to find out the potential relationship between diabetes and its complications.The intelligent medical system designed in this paper adopts the Narrow Band Internet of Things technology to realize the real-time,automatic and long-distance upload of the blood glucose information collected by patients,so that the blood glucose information collected by diabetic patients is not constrained by the location;it can carry out information management on the medical data and historical data of patients,which is conducive to the accurate diagnosis of patients’ condition by doctors;through the analysis of data,we can understand the potential relationship between hyperglycemia and other complications,and provide scientific basis for doctors’ diagnosis.At the same time,the research also provides a reference for the application of Narrow Band Internet of Things technology in intelligent medical and other industries.
