Objective:The main purpose of this paper is to study the biocompatibility of acellular matrix in animals,the experimental animal source of smooth muscle tissue:mainly for large vascular smooth muscle tissue such as abdominal aorta,and bladder smooth muscle tissue,and some small intestine smooth muscle.tissue,these smooth muscle tissue for acellular matrix,after acellular matrix material and induced rabbit fat stem cells after culture,after placement into the experimental rabbit peritoneal incubation,make a new bioactive biological material,the biological material can be used to repair damage or narrow ureter.Methods:First,we took the cervical adipose tissue of New Zealand white rabbits about 4-6 weeks old and extracted the stem cells of the adipose tissue in the third generation,and the smooth muscle tissue of small intestine to make decellularized matrix material.Smooth muscle tissue was prepared into only its fibrous tissue components by the above treatment,The remaining fibrous tissue components treated after the decellularization mechanism can provide sufficient space and framework for the growth of other cells,We co-cultured New Zealand white rabbit-derived adipose stem cells with this acellular matrix material after induction,The acellular matrix material after the co-culture was placed into the peritoneum of the experimental rabbits,Incubation incubation incubated for 14 days,Preparation into novel biologically active biomaterials,The material is biocompatible with the rabbit ureter smooth muscle tissue;All the rabbits used in our experiments were healthy 46-week-old New Zealand white rabbits,Five mice were obtained from each of the control group and the experimental group.Control group:injured the New Zealand white rabbits ureter,only the injured ureter was simply stitched with 10-0 nylon double-needle suture;experimental group:.1 month after the 10 New Zealand white rabbits in Jining medical college hospital imaging for ureteric pyelography examination,by contrast in the ureter after injury to observe the ureteral patency and bilateral kidney development,2 months after the experimental group ureteral damage of biological material for immunofluorescence detection.Results:The study using acellular matrix technology to successfully experimental animal source of bladder,blood vessels and part of the smooth muscle tissue of the small intestine after decellular matrix,co-culture,incubation,processed into a biological material,and then the biological material successfully suture to the experimental group of New Zealand white rabbits ureter injury,we can observe the survival of the control group,ureteral renal pelvis,immunofluorescence detection,the biological material in the experimental rabbit has high biocompatibility,can well repair the damaged ureters.Conclusion:The ureteral patency of the New Zealand white rabbits was better compared with the control group,and immunofluorescence showed that the biomaterials showed high similarity to the ureteral tissue structure of the New Zealand white rabbits.This study provides new treatment options and ideas for problems such as ureteral injury or stricture from various clinical causes.
