Objective Through the research of Qiantang School of Medicinel monograph " Confirmed Explains on Treatise on Febrile Disease ",Including the author’s historical data,the literature research of Confirmed Explains on Treatise on Febrile Disease,the academic thoughts contained in the book,the development of Zhang Zhicong’s academic thoughts on " Treatise on Febrile Diseases ".Methods Firstly,through the method of literature survey,relevant historical materials of authors and school participants was comprehensively collectd.And combined with the background of The Times,the background of the book,writing style,selected text,compilation and annotation characteristics of the relevant literature research.Secondly,summarized Zhang Zhicong’s academic thoughts,and made a comparative analysis of two books," Confirmed Explains on Treatise on Febrile Disease" and "Notes to Treatise on Febrile Diseases".Systematically sorting out the formation and development of Zhang Zhicong’s academic thoughts on "Treatise on Febrile Diseases" and exploring the academic value of " Confirmed Explains on Treatise on Febrile Disease".Results(1)Through the collection documents,it is concluded that Zhang Zhicong,was taught by Zhang QingZi,and he wrote numerous books throughout his life.Zhang Zhicong gave lectures at Lushan Hall to discuss classical medical theory with his classmates and disciples.The completion of Confirmed Explains on Treatise on Febrile Disease is closely related to the thoughts of reverting to the classics in the late Ming and early Qing Dynasties,the internal academic debates of Treatise on Febrile Diseases and the lectures of Qiantang medical School.(2)This book is composed of seven parts.The book takes Cheng Wuji’s annotated " Treatise on Febrile Diseases" as the main basis,and makes adjustments to Exogenous Febrile Disease and the text.On the premise of keeping the order of the articles in " Treatise on Febrile Diseases",Zhang Zhicong wrote"Confirmed Explains on Treatise on Febrile Disease" by sections and chapters.The annotation features mainly include:first summary and then points,comparative analysis,extensive quotations,adding annotations.(3)Summarized Zhang Zhicong’s academic thought.Zhang Zhicong refuted the Theory of the Three Cardinal Principles and annotated " Treatise on Febrile Diseases" with the theory of yunqi of Huangdi Neijing.The six channels were endowed with the characteristics of Six Qi,and the six channels diseases were divided into meridian diseases and qi diseases.(4)By comparing the two books“Confirmed Explains on Treatise on Febrile Disease" and "Notes to Treatise on Febrile Diseases ",it is found that the writing style and medical theory on " Confirmed Explains on Treatise on Febrile Disease " continued in " Notes to Treatise on Febrile Diseases "."Confirmed Explains on Treatise on Febrile Disease " has already contained Liujing Qihua theory,and this book can supplement the academic content of " Notes to Treatise on Febrile Diseases".(5)To explore the academic value of " Confirmed Explains on Treatise on Febrile Disease"," Confirmed Explains on Treatise on Febrile Disease" not only reflects the Qiantang medical school’s academic advocate of Maintaining The Old Theories,but also reflects the evolution of Zhang Zhicong’s academic thoughts on " Treatise on Febrile Diseases",which is helpful to further study the theory of Liujing Qihua theory.Conclusions"Confirmed Explains on Treatise on Febrile Disease" is the first book in Zhang Zhicong’s three-annotation Treatise on Febrile Diseases.The writing style used in the book and the academic thoughts contained carried forward by subsequent works,and finally formed the influential "Notes to Treatise on Febrile Diseases ".The book can reflect the academic opinions of the Qiantang School of Medicine typhoid fever represented by Zhang Zhicong.
