| [Objective]From the perspective of managers,nurses,patients or family members,this study aims to understand and explore their feelings and experience in the process of management and participation in Ningbo Internet nursing outpatient service,summarize and analyze existing problems and influencing factors,and provide basis and reference for the further development of Internet nursing outpatient service by the state and hospitals.[Methods]By the method of descriptive nature research and objective sampling,nurses from Ningbo third-level public hospitals who have carried out Internet nursing outpatient service,patients or family members who have consulted through Internet nursing outpatient service,managers of Internet nursing outpatient service of Ningbo third-level public hospitals and cloud hospital managers are selected as objects.The data were collected by semi-structured interview and analyzed according to traditional content analysis method.[Results]A total of 36 subjects were interviewed,among which 13 were patients who used the Internet nursing clinic,16 were nurses who carried out the Internet nursing clinic,and 7 were managers of the Internet nursing clinic.After sorting and analyzing the data,the following two themes and ten sub-themes were formed:1.There are problems in the development of Internet nursing outpatient service:①Low usage rate:low awareness rate of patients,low participation rate of nurses,and difficulty in using the elderly;②Problems related to APP design;③Lack of linkage and circulation function;④Limitations of online consultation;⑤Cannot ensure the recovery speed;⑥Defects in training and supervision.2.Factors influencing the development of Internet nursing clinic:①Government factors:financial support,medical insurance coverage;(2)Hospital factors:include assessment,inspection and supervision;③Nurse factors:altruistic motivation(to provide medical convenience,practice continuous nursing),egoistic awareness(to improve the professional ability of nurses,improve the professional image of nurses),affecting work and life,economic factors;④Patient factors:nurse-patient trust,economic factors,counseling experience.[Conclusion]This study found that there are still some deficiencies in the development of Internet nursing outpatient service in Ningbo City,and relevant influencing factors have an impact on nurse participation and patient use of Internet nursing outpatient service,which needs to be further improved.The government and the hospital should base on the current situation and problems,increase the policy support and publicity of the Internet nursing clinic,improve the enthusiasm of nurses and the public awareness rate;Based on the needs of patients,the introduction of practical and easy to use age-appropriate design and online support system;Improve the performance distribution plan,build training courses,promote the implementation of nurse specialty prescription power,expand the professional talent team,establish a hierarchical supervision and evaluation system,and ensure the high-quality development of Internet nursing clinics. |
