| Objective: To build PCOS dynamic and static TCM tongue database system based on optimized tongue diagnosis information collection device and MYSQL,to realize the collection,processing and digital storage of PCOS TCM tongue,and to explore the distribution law of PCOS dynamic and static TCM tongue and its relationship with related factors,so as to provide reliable method support and basis for standardized management,data analysis and physician diagnosis of traditional Chinese medicine clinical data such as PCOS tongue diagnosis.In order to promote the digital process of TCM tongue and the continuous improvement of the service mode of TCM clinical information system.Method:1.The dynamic and static TCM tongue acquisition system developed by the research group is used to photograph the tongue body of patients with polycystic ovary syndrome.the system is equipped with 12 million pixel high-definition camera device and 6500 k standard light source,built-in TCM tongue acquisition software to standardize and simplify the collection process.The collected TCM tongues and videos need to be screened and processed to remove the TCM tongues and videos that are overexposed,insufficient light and out of focus,and generate tongue pictures and video data sets of patients with polycystic ovary syndrome.At the same time,the general data,four diagnostic information and physicochemical indexes of patients with polycystic ovary syndrome were collected through the Clinical Information questionnaire of patients with polycystic ovary syndrome.2.The dynamic and static TCM tongue database system of polycystic ovary syndrome is constructed by using Java Script as the development language and MYSQL8.0 as the background database management system.The TCM tongue characteristics of patients and the biological logic in clinical data are transformed into data logic relations,and the database structure Emurr diagram and core data table are designed.The front-end interface design of the database system adopts Java Script and Springboot+Spring MVC+Mybatis framework to improve the efficiency of development and deployment,and uses Apache Shiro1.7 as the security control module to ensure the overall security of the database.After the completion of the development,the data is inputted into the database through data quality control technology and dynamic video processing technology.3.Taking the dynamic and static TCM tongue database of polycystic ovary syndrome as the data source,the basic tongue features(tongue color,tongue shape,fur color,fur quality),tongue stretching time,age,course of disease,BMI,syndrome type were selected and combed and integrated.Docking with SPSS30.0 software for data statistics and analysis.The descriptive statistical method was used to statistically analyze the general data of patients,TCM tongue data and TCM syndrome types.The statistical analysis of different TCM tongue and age,course of disease,BMI,and TCM syndrome types was performed using Pearson chi-square test or Fisher’s exact probability method.The tongue extension time between groups was compared using F test,and the LSD test was used for comparison between two groups.The difference was statistically significant with P<0.05.Results:1.A total of 181 tongue pictures and videos of patients with polycystic ovary syndrome and 193 clinical information questionnaires of patients with polycystic ovary syndrome were collected,and the dynamic and static TCM tongue database of 160 patients with polycystic ovary syndrome was constructed.the functions of stable storage,comprehensive query and resource sharing of tongue diagnosis images and related clinical data of polycystic ovary syndrome were realized.2.The age of PCOS cases was 18-39 years old,of which 28-34 years old accounted for 54.4%;the course of disease was less than 2 years(53.8%);the BMI value was in the range of overweight and obesity(57.5%);kidney deficiency and liver depression syndrome accounted for the most(35.0%),followed by kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome(27.5%),spleen deficiency and phlegm-dampness syndrome(27.5%),phlegm and blood stasis syndrome(10.0%).3.The main tongue characteristics of polycystic ovary syndrome were light red tongue(53.1%),light tongue(20.0%),toothed tongue(34.4%)and cracked tongue(23.8%).The main manifestations of tongue coating were white fur(85.6%),thin fur(72.5%),greasy fur(31.3%)and thick fur(25.0%).4.TCM tongue is related to age,course of disease,BMI,syndrome type:(1)there are statistical differences in the frequency of cracked tongue,petechial tongue and greasy fur in different age PCOS patients,but there is no statistical difference in other TCM tongue indexes.(2)there were significant differences in thin tongue,toothed tongue and greasy fur among patients with different course of PCOS.(3)there were significant differences in light tongue,cracked tongue and toothed tongue among PCOS patients with different BMI types.(4)Syndrome types: dark red tongue and pale purple tongue are different among PCOS patients with different syndrome types,and the TCM tongues of patients with different TCM syndrome types are basically consistent with their syndrome types in TCM pathogenesis.(5)there was a statistical difference in the total mean time of tongue stretching among patients of different ages,and it gradually decreased with the increase of age.Conclusion: The dynamic and static tongue picture database of polycystic ovary syndrome is constructed,and the stable record and resource sharing of TCM tongue data and related clinical data of polycystic ovary syndrome are realized.Based on the statistical analysis of the database,the corresponding relationship between dynamic and static TCM tongue and age,course of disease,BMI and syndrome type is preliminarily clarified.TCM tongue can reflect the disease state of polycystic ovary syndrome to some extent.The etiology,pathogenesis and pathological products of polycystic ovary syndrome were analyzed from the point of view of TCM tongue. |
