Clinical Observation Of "Yu’s Four-step" Tuina Method In The Treatment Of Pulmonary And Spleen Deficiency Adenoid Hypertrophy

Objective:This project aims to clinically observe the clinical efficacy of the "Yu’s four-step" Tuina method in the treatment of adenoid hypertrophy in the form of pulmonary and spleen deficiency,and to provide an effective and easy-to-promote Tuina treatment plan for the clinical treatment of adenoid hypertrophy in children,so as to facilitate further popularization.Methods:Children with adenoid hypertrophy who meet the requirements were randomly divided into two groups,and the observation group used the pediatric Tuina treatment plan featuring the "Yu’s four-step" Tuina method to treat children with adenoid hypertrophy,and the control group was treated with mometasone furoate nasal spray(Nesuna),by observing the differences in the main symptoms,secondary symptoms,and OSA-18 quality of life score table of the two groups of children with adenoid hypertrophy.SPSS25.0 software is used to analyze statistical data and whether it is statistically significant.Results:(1)General data analysis:There was no significant difference in gender,age,course of disease,OS A-18 quality of life score,main symptom score and secondary symptom score between the two groups before intervention(P>0.05).(2)Total effective rate:The total effective rate was 93.8%in the observation group and 87.5%in the control group(P>0.05).(3)Comparison of TCM syndrome scores:Comparison within the group,comparison within the observation group showed that nasal congestion,snoring,mouth breathing,total score of main symptoms,secondary symptoms and total score of symptoms after treatment were statistically different from those before treatment(P<0.05).The comparison within the control group showed that there were significant differences in nasal congestion,snoring,mouth breathing,total score of main symptoms,secondary symptoms and total score of symptoms after treatment(P<0.05),and the scores after treatment were lower than those before treatment.Comparison between groups showed that there were significant differences in snoring,total score of main symptoms,total score of secondary symptoms and total score of symptoms(P<0.05).The snoring,total score of main symptoms,total score of secondary symptoms and total score of symptoms in the observation group were lower than those in the control group.(4)Comparison of OSA-18 quality of life score:Compared within the group,the OSA-18 quality of life score of the observation group before and after treatment was statistically different(P<0.05),and the OSA-18 quality of life score after treatment was lower than that of the control group;the OSA-18 quality of life score of the control group before and after treatment was statistically different(P<0.05),and the OSA-18 quality of life score after treatment was lower than that of the control group.There was a statistically significant difference in OSA-18 quality of life scores between the two groups after treatment(P<0.05).The OSA18 quality of life score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group.Conclusion:The total efficacy of "Yu’s four-step" Tuina method in the treatment of adenoid hypertrophy is better than that of mometasone furoate nasal spray(Nesuna),and the "Yu’s four-step" Tuina method is a set of effective and clinically easy to promote and apply treatment plan,which can not only improve the ventilation function of children,but also relax the corresponding muscles after Tuina therapy,correct the children’s bad mouth breathing habits,regulate the whole body,improve the children’s physical fitness,and improve the quality of life of the children,which is an external treatment method worthy of clinical promotion.
