The Characteristics Of Diagnosis And Treatment Of Diet Stagnation In LiZheng Massage Essentials And Clinical Effect Observation Of Diet Stagnation Based On "Xia Fa" Massage

Objective:To analyze the characteristics of diagnosis and treatment of children’s diet stagnation through the study of Li Zheng Massage Essentials,to sort out the relevant contents of this book on children’ s diet stagnation,to sort out the diagnosis and treatment contents of syndrome differentiation-therapy establishment-acupoints selection in the book;At the same time,the "XiaFa" in the treatment of diet stagnation syndrome and the original prescription of massage in the book were selected for clinical curative effect observation,providing reference for inheriting the academic thoughts of ancient literature and improving the level of clinical treatment based on syndrome differentiation.Method:1.The first edition of LiZ heng Massage Essentials(see Appendix 1),which was photocopied by the People’s Medical Publishing House in December 1955,was selected as the research text,and the contents related to syndrome differentiation,therapy establishment,acupoints selection,massage prescription and other contents were sorted out and statistically analyzed by using the methods of literature and mathematical statistics,and the clinical diagnosis and treatment thoughts of LiZheng Massage Essentials for diet stagnation in children were analyzed.2.60 cases of children with milk and food internal accumulation and stagnation who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into the treatment group(the "XiaFa" massage of LiZheng Massage Essentials)and the control group(conventional massage),with 30 cases in each group.After 1 course of treatment,the scores of symptoms,physical signs and clinical efficacy of the children were compared before and after treatment.Results:1.The characteristics of the diagnosis and treatment of diet stagnation in LiZheng Massage Essential:(1)Syndrome differentiation of diet stagnation is mainly based on syndrome differentiation of Zang-fu organs and eight lines,basing on the whole,interrelating the four diagnoses,paying attention to the observation,especially on the color of face,and focusing on the development and outcome of disease syndrome under color change.(2)The treatment methods of establishment with syndrome is always based on the principle of carrying out qi,and it uses the pushing method and rubbing method to disperse knot and reconcile qi and blood.The "XiaFa" massage focuses on relieving abdominal distension and removing obstruction.(3)To select acupoints mainly on the specific points of the hand,the operation of abdominal acupoints are frequent.The massage prescription of diet stagnation pays attention to the coordination of YinYang,Qi and blood and the channelling of the abdomen.2.The treatment group(the "XiaFa" massage of LiZheng Massage Essential)and the control group(conventional massage method)in the treatment of children’s milk and food internal stagnation type of diet stagnation had significant effect(P<0.01).The overall effect of the massage of LiZheng Massage Essential was better than conventional massage.It was better than the control group in improving the symptom of distension and pain of abdomen,and the temperature of hands,feet and abdomen(P<0.05);There was no significant difference between the two groups in improving the loss of appetite,belching and vomiting,abnormal defecation,restlessness of night sleep and irritability(P>0.05).Conclusion:The characteristics of the diagnosis and treatment of pediatric diet stagnation of LiZheng Massage Essential are distinct,the treatment method is effective and it has clinical guiding significance.Its clinical experience is worth further exploration and promotion.
