Observation On The Therapeutic Effect Of Zheng 's Acupoint Massage And Zheng' S Projectile On The Treatment Of Lumbar Intervertebral Disc Protrusion

Lumbar disc herniation(LDH) is a disease of low back pain because ofnucleus pulposus is pushed out from the wound of the center between two lumbar dueto disc degeneration and damage, leading to internal and external mechanical spinalimbalance,and compresses the lumbar nerve root. In order to inherit and develop therenowned orthopedic expert Professor Huaixian Zheng^s medical technology,theChengdu Sports College, we use electronic acupuncture plus Zheng^s Manipulationand taking Zheng^s pills to treat the patients of LDH and observe the result of themethod.then compare with the results of the use of conventional manipulation pluselectronic acupuncture and taking pills of Xiaohuoluo,to provide a basis for thetreatment of LDH using electronic acupuncture plus Zheng^s manipulation and takingzheng^s pills.Methods In line with the completion of treat62patients, using statistical softwarespss17.0generate random numbers, a total of62, randomized, single-blind group,the end of the figures are odd number which are divided into treatment group, thenumbers for even are divided into control group, each group includes31patients.Respectively use electronic acupuncture plus Zheng^s Manipulation,taking Zheng^spills and conventional manipulation plus electronic acupuncture,taking pills ofXiaohuoluo, according to the low back pain score of modified Japanese OrthopedicInstitute (referred to as M-JOA)[1]，VAS and Fairbank JC,then separately recordedthe scores before treatment and after treatment, then calculate their rate ofimprovement with JOA,Finally, statistically analyzed.Results In the course of treatment, each group appear fall off cases in1case,theneach group has30cases now.Then use the M-JOA、VAS and Fairbank JC to get thescore. After the third treatment self-comparison, treatment and control groups by t test,t=-2.79,(P＜0.05), Overall efficacy evaluation of the two groups after treatment,Treatment group:16cases are excellent,10cases are good,3cases can practiceand1case is poor,in which the excellent rate is53.3%, the good rate is33.3%,the fair rate is10.0%, the poor rate is3.4%.In the controlled group:7cases are excellent,7cases are good,good in13cases and3cases are poor, excellent rateis23.3%,good rate is23.3%,fair rate is52.4%and the slip rate is10.0%. In thetreatment group, that the excellent and good rate (86.6%) is higher than thecontrolled group46.6%). The treatment group was better than the controlled group.Conclusion From the above research, it can be seen that the two treament groupsstudied by age, sex, duration of treatment before the disease aspects of statisticalanalysis, no significant difference (P＜0.05), two groups were comparable. After thetreatment from the evaluation of indicators,the electronic acupuncture plus Zheng^sManipulation,taking Zheng^s pills group, in effect, and is superior to conventionalmanipulation plus electronic acupuncture,taking pills of Xiaohuoluo group (P＜0.05).After treatment, the treatment group is compared with the controlled group, anexcellent high rate two sets of ratings, The electronic acupuncture plus Zheng^sManipulation,taking Zheng^s pills group therapy more effective than conventionalmanipulation plus electronic acupuncture,taking pills of Xiaohuoluo group, we cansee that Zheng’s experience points and Zheng^s pill are next to the treatment oflumbar disc herniation which was better than common used hole.
