| Objective: To study the distribution of TCM constitution types in patients with acute ischemic stroke,and to explore the differences in the expression levels of IL-10,G-CSF and IL-1β among different constitution types.To screen and determine the high-risk population of potential pathological constitution,in order to provide an objective basis for the determination of TCM constitution in stroke.Methods: This study was a cross-sectional study.Based on the "Research on the distribution of TCM constitution and the construction of recurrence risk model of cerebral infarction" approved by the Shandong Provincial Clinical Medical Center of TCM Cardiovascular and Cerebrovascular Diseases.399 patients with acute ischemic cerebral infarction admitted to the Affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,the Second Affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,Weifang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine,Tai ’an Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine,Zibo Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Penglai Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Yantai were selected.The basic data,physical condition information and serum samples were collected from the patients.The methods and criteria formulated by the "Classification and Determination of TCM Constitution(ZYYXH/T157-2009)" were used as the main basis to determine the constitution types.The levels of serum IL-10,G-CSF and IL-1β were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay.Excel database was established,and SPSS 25.0statistical software was used to analyze the distribution of TCM constitutions in the included cases,and the differences in serum IL-10,G-CSF and IL-1β expression levels among different constitution types were compared.Results:1.From October 2020 to September 2021,a total of 399 patients with acute ischemic stroke were included in this study,including 257 males(64.41%)and 142 females(35.59%).2.Among the 399 patients with acute ischemic stroke,there were 108cases(27.07%)of mild constitution,61 cases(15.29%)of qi deficiency constitution,45 cases(11.28%)of yang deficiency constitution,38 cases(9.52%)of yin deficiency constitution,63 cases(15.79%)of phlegm dampness constitution,19 cases(4.76%)of damp heat constitution,43cases(10.78%)of blood stasis constitution,19 cases(4.76%)of qi stagnation constitution and 3 cases(0.75%)of special constitution.3.Comparison of each constitution type of AIS patients,in the expression level of serum IL-10,the level of mild constitution was higher than that of phlegm dampness constitution,blood stasis constitution and yin deficiency constitution,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);There was no significant difference between other constitution types(P>0.05).in the expression level of serum IL-1β,qi deficiency constitution was higher than that of mild constitution,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between other constitution types(P>0.05).On the expression level of serum G-CSF,there was no significant difference between the various constitution types(P>0.05).The constitution types of AIS patients were classified and compared according to the sthenic and deficiency attributes: At the level of serum G-CSF expression,the deficiency biased constitution was higher than the mild constitution,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the mild constitution group and the empirical biased constitution group,the empirical biased constitution group and the deficiency biased constitution group(P>0.05).Conclusion:1.The distribution of TCM constitution in patients with ischemic stroke is mainly mild constitution.The four most distributed biased constitutions of patients were phlegm-dampness constitution,qi deficiency constitution,yang deficiency constitution and blood stasis constitution.2.The levels of serum IL-10,IL-1β and G-CSF in AIS patients with different TCM constitution types are different,which has the potential value of objective identification of ischemic stroke constitution types. |
