Study On The Rule Of Traditional Chinese Medicine Syndrome And Treatment Of Lupus Nephritis Based On Data Mining

Objective:Based on data mining technology,explore the clinical experience of TCM in the treatment of lupus nephritis(LN),summarize its clinical symptoms,syndrome distribution,medication rules,etc.Methods:Based on the real clinical cases of TCM,the clinical scientific research information sharing system of traditional Chinese medicine was used to collect the relevant information of the electronic medical records of LN patients hospitalized in the Affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from August 2017 to August 2022,and establish the LN population database.Apply Excel for frequency analysis and Liquorice software for complex network analysis.To explore the rule of syndrome and treatment of LN with traditional Chinese medicine according to the principles of symptoms,syndromes and prescription of TCM.Results:1.In this study,435 LN patients were finally screened out.The results of the hierarchical network analysis of their clinical symptoms,tongue conditions and pulse conditions showed that the core symptoms of LN were fatigue,dry mouth,poor sleep,foam urine,and red tongue.In addition,their clinical manifestations were mainly poor appetite,edema of both lower limbs,and joint pain.The tongue conditions were mainly red tongue,and the pulse conditions were mainly slippery,thin,stringy,pulse number,or pulse sinking.2.The distribution of syndromes in 435 LN patients in this study showed that LN patients were mainly characterized by spleen and kidney qi deficiency syndrome,liver and kidney yin deficiency syndrome,and heat and toxin exuberance syndrome.Qi and yin deficiency syndrome,spleen and kidney yang deficiency syndrome also accounted for a certain proportion,and the concurrent syndrome was mainly characterized by damp-heat,water dampness,and blood stasis.3.The 435 prescriptions in this study involve 279 traditional Chinese medicines,and the analysis is as follows: LN core traditional Chinese medicines are licorice,poriacocos,peony bark,astragalus,hedyotisdiffusa,plantain seed,yam,raspberry,ligusticum chuanxiong,cornus officinalis,rosa laevigata,and tuckahoe,and its core traditional Chinese medicine nodes are licorice,poriacocos,peony bark,and astragalus.The core traditional Chinese medicine prescription of each syndrome type is as follows: the core traditional Chinese medicine of spleen and kidney qi deficiency syndrome is Poriacocos,licorice,astragalus,peony skin,atractylodesmacrocephala,raw rehmannia,ligusticum chuanxiong,Chinese yam,hedyotisdiffusa,plantain seed,angelica sinensis,and rosa laevigata,and its core traditional Chinese medicine nodes are astragalus,poriacocos,and licorice.The core traditional Chinese medicine of liver and kidney yin deficiency syndrome is licorice,peony bark,cornus officinalis,poriacocos,hedyotisdiffusa,Chinese yam,raspberry,lotus beard,rosa laevigata,and cooked rehmannia.The core traditional Chinese medicine nodes are peony bark,licorice,and cornus officinalis.The core traditional Chinese medicine of the syndrome of hot poison is peony skin,licorice,raw rehmannia,hedyotisdiffusa,scutellariabaicalensis,raspberry,red peony,cat’s claw,and tuckahoe.The concurrent symptoms are mainly damp-heat,water dampness and blood stasis,and the common symptoms are also diseases.Therefore,drugs for clearing heat and cooling blood,activating blood circulation and removing dampness are often used for treatment.The drugs that are often compatible with the three syndromes include peony bark,salvia miltiorrhiza,raw rehmannia,ligusticum chuanxiong,poriacocos,atractylodesmacrocephala,tangerine peel,polyporusumbellatus,red peony,hedyotisdiffusa,radix achyranthis bidentata,licorice,etc.Conclusion:1.Based on frequency and hierarchical network analysis,the pathogenesis of LN is mixed with deficiency and excess,mainly including spleen and kidney qi deficiency syndrome,liver and kidney yin deficiency syndrome,and heat toxin exuberance syndrome,and the concurrent syndrome is mainly damp-heat,water dampness,and blood stasis.The drugs are mainly used for tonifying deficiency,and also for clearing dampness and heat,promoting blood circulation and removing stasis,and consolidating kidney and astringent essence.The core traditional Chinese medicine commonly used are Poriacocos,licorice,peony bark,and astragalus,which are often used in combination with Chinese yam,Atractylodesmacrocephala,cornus officinalis,raw rehmannia,hedyotisdiffusa and other drugs according to different syndrome types.2.The data mining model based on symptoms,syndromes and traditional Chinese medicine of the electronic medical record system has certain practicability for the research of LN,and can provide evidence-based medical evidence support for the formation of the theoretical system of syndrome differentiation of LN.
