| Objective: Based on the famous doctor inheritance platform,data mining was carried out for the prescription medication rules of outpatient diabetic kidney disease patients by Professor Xu Yunsheng,and the characteristics of drug frequency,sexual taste,and core drug equivalence were summarized,in order to effectively guide clinical practice and improve clinical efficacy.Method: Relying on the outpatient clinic of Professor Xu Yunsheng of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of Chinese Medicine,115 medical records that met the conditions were screened out,entered into the famous doctor inheritance platform system,established a diabetic kidney disease database,and carried out data standardization processing and label extraction,and initiated case analysis,using the platform system and Excel2010 software to carry out statistics and analysis of core drugs,drug synergistic relationships and drug-drug relationships.Results: A total of 115 cases were included in the study,a total of 155 flavors of Chinese medicine were used,and a total of 27 drugs were used with a frequency of more than 30%.In terms of weight level distribution of traditional Chinese medicines: the topological scores were performed in descending order,and a total of 34 flavors were found to be the core important,and the top 10 traditional Chinese medicines were Danshen,Cangzhu,Gegeng,Baizhu,Xuanshen,Shanyao,Sangzhi,Huanglian,Huangqi and Gouqizhi.This is basically consistent with the drug frequency ranking results.In terms of sexual taste distribution and distribution: the four qi of the drug are mainly cold,warm and flat;Among the five flavors,sweet,bitter and bitter should be the main ones;It is mainly attributed to the liver meridian,spleen meridian,kidney meridian,and lung meridian.In terms of the classification of the efficacy of traditional Chinese medicines: the most widely used is deficiency tonic medicine,with a frequency of 607 times,followed by blood circulation and stasis removal drugs,antipyretic drugs,etc.In terms of drug pairing: a total of 111 drug combinations were obtained,of which there were19 groups of drug pairs with a frequency of more than 50,followed by Baizhu-Cangzhu,Danshen-Gegeng,Cangzhu-Xuanshen,Baizhu-Xuanshen,Gegeng-Xuanshen,and so on.In terms of symptomatic drug associations: the main symptomatic drug associations are: foam urine-Baizhu,Huanglian,Tianhuafenr,Guijianu;blurred vision-Gouqizhi,Juhua;edema of the lower extremities-Fuling,Danshen,Zexie,Gegeng,Shanzhuyu;Limb pain-Chuanxiong,Chishao,Baishao,etc.Statistical distribution of drug clustering: set the co-occurrence rate to 0.2,the co-occurrence event to 5,and the number of modules to 10 to obtain 10 drug combinations.According to the topological score,the second,eighth and tenth groups of drugs are more important and consistent with the core drugs obtained earlier.Conclusion: 1.The famous doctor inheritance platform system can be converted into clinical data for statistical analysis according to the medical records of diabetic kidney disease patients,and comprehensively use complex network means such as association and clustering to summarize the prescription rules of traditional Chinese medicine for diabetic nephropathy.2.By analyzing the medication rules of diabetic kidney disease,this study found that Professor Xu’s commonly used drugs in clinical practice are mainly cold,warm,flat,sweet,bitter and hard,and the efficacy of drugs is mainly based on invigorating qi and nourishing yin,activating blood stasis,clearing heat and cooling blood,and water seeping and moisture.Through traditional Chinese medicine treatment,improve the symptoms and signs of patients and delay the progression of the disease... |
