Construction Of Knowledge Graph Of Clinical Diagnosis And Treatment Experience For Modern Renowned Old TCM Doctors In Treating Coronary Heart Disease

Objective:Utilize the clinical data of renowned old TCM doctors in the real world to diagnose and treat Coronary heart disease,build a knowledge graph of clinical diagnosis and treatment experience for modern renowned old TCM doctrors in treating Coronary heart disease,vividly display the knowledge structure relationships and clinical thinking in the treatment of coronary heart disease by renowned old TCM doctors;realize the knowledge integration and visualization of renowned old TCM doctors in diagnosis and treatment experience of Coronary heart disease,and lay a foundation for the construction of later auxiliary diagnosis and treatment system and question and answer system.Method:In this study,the clinical records of the Chinese Journal Full-Text Database(CNKI)are used as the data source of medical records,and the terminology data source is based on the industry standards related to traditional Chinese medicine issued by the state.Select medical records of modern renowned old TCM doctors treating coronary heart disease from academic journals included in the Chinese Journal Full Text Database since its establishment,and convert the medical records into text format.Analyze the characteristics of TCM diagnosis and treatment of coronary heart disease and the theoretical system of TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment,sort out and extract concept types and the relationship between concepts,according to the seven step approach of Stanford University,drawing on the experience of existing relevant research,and referring to the domain glossary,the model layer of the Knowledge graph is designed.Enter information such as doctors,patients,symptoms,tongue images,pulse images,syndromes,treatment methods,formulas,traditional Chinese medicine,etc.into an Excel spreadsheet by category,and establish a database of modern renowned old TCM doctors medical records for coronary heart disease.On the premise of ensuring accurate and complete semantic expression,the extracted information is standardized to solve the problems of multiple words with one meaning,wrong writing,abbreviation,etc.,and ensure the consistency of Knowledge graph nodes.Apply Pycharm as the editor for Python,write rules using Python,and extract data from tables using regular expressions,Batch extraction of triples through functions get-triples(),utilize the Py2 neo,Pandas,and Openpyxl libraries in Python to read,process,and import medical record data from renowned old TCM doctors into the Neo4 j graphical database,creating nodes and relationships in batches,and realize knowledge visualization of clinical diagnosis and treatment experience of modern renowned old TCM doctors for coronary heart disease.Results:1.This study collected a total of 643 medical cases involving 144 modern renowned old TCM doctors.The age of patients in medical records is concentrated in the age range of 50-79 years,accounting for 84.43%of the total;Among them,the age range of 50-69 years has the highest number of people,accounts for 65.31% of the total.The top 10 symptoms of coronary heart disease are chest tightness,shortness of breath,chest pain,fatigue,poor sleep,palpitation,anorexia,dizziness,dry mouth and palpitation.The common syndromes are qi and yin deficiency syndrome,qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome,phlegm and blood stasis mutual accumulation syndrome,phlegm turbidity blockage syndrome,qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome,yang deficiency and blood stasis syndrome,heart spleen qi deficiency syndrome,heart kidney yang deficiency syndrome,qi stagnation in the heart and chest syndrome,and heart kidney yin deficiency syndrome.The top five basic syndromes were blood stasis Blood stasis syndrome(26.11%),qi deficiency syndrome(22.41%),phlegm turbidity syndrome(17.09%),yin deficiency syndrome(13.86%)and yang deficiency syndrome(9.02%).The top 20 Chinese medicines with the highest frequency of use are Salvia miltiorrhiza,Ligusticum wallichii,Astragalus membranaceus,Pinellia ternata,Poria cocos,Allium macrostemon,Angelica sinensis,Ophiopogon japonicus,Roasted licorice,Red peony,Safflower,Cassia twig,Radix curcumae,Fructus Trichosanthis,Atractylodes macrocephala,Schisandra chinensis,Codonopsis pilosula,Fructus Aurantii,Corydalis yanhusuo and Radix bupleuri.2.By analyzing the characteristics of the knowledge system of traditional Chinese medicine diagnosis and treatment for coronary heart disease and the theoretical system of TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment,a total of 8 concept types including doctors,patients,diseases,symptoms and signs,syndrome types,treatment methods,prescriptions,and traditional Chinese medicine have been formulated,according to the determined 8 types of concepts,we define 10 relationship including expertise in treatment,diagnosis and treatment,have,differentiation of symptoms and signs,treatment methods,use,by composition,inclusion,phenomenon expression,and treatment,designed a Knowledge graph model layer that conforms to the clinical diagnosis and treatment characteristics of coronary heart disease.Take the real world clinical medical records of renowned old TCM doctors of coronary heart disease as the data source,use Python to import the medical record data into the Neo4j diagram database,and construct a knowledge graph of clinical diagnosis and treatment experience of renowned old TCM doctors of coronary heart disease with2744 entity nodes and 23795 relationships under 8 concept types and10 relationships.Conclusion:Coronary heart disease is mainly characterized by deficiency of heart qi,heart yang,and heart yin in syndrome differentiation,Insufficient circulation leads to blood stasis and phlegm turbidity,which is the syndrome of deficiency and excess.After analysis of the symptoms,it is found that the deficiency of qi and yin accounts for a high proportion.In clinical syndrome differentiation and treatment,attention should be paid to it.In treatment,while warming yang and unblocking obstruction,attention should be paid to protecting yin fluid to prevent the damage of yin caused by the scorching and scorching products.It is feasible to present the clinical diagnosis and treatment experience of renowned old TCM doctors in the form of Knowledge graph using the graph database Neo4 j,which provides methodological reference for the construction of the same kind of knowledge graph.Through the knowledge graph,we can intuitively and multi-dimensionally sort out the relationship between diseases,symptoms and signs,syndromes,treatments,prescriptions,traditional Chinese medicine and doses contained in the clinical medical records,and realize the integration of fragmented knowledge.Through the query and search function,we can reproduce the clinical diagnosis and treatment thinking of renowned old TCM doctors,form a comprehensive,systematic and easily retrievable knowledge system,improve the accessibility of domain knowledge,and quickly learn the experience of renowned old TCM doctors for young doctors,it provides a new way to inherit the academic thought of renowned old TCM doctors.At the same time,it also lays the foundation for knowledge reasoning,auxiliary diagnosis and treatment,and intelligent question and answer based on knowledge graph in the later stage.
