Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Bile Reflux Gastritis(Spleen-stomach Damp-heat Type)with Qinlian Wendan Decoction And Wubei Powder

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of Qinlian Wendan Tang combined with Wubei San in treating bile reflux gastritis with spleen stomach dampness heat syndrome.And explore the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine decoction in treating this disease,test the safety of clinical medication,and provide a new and effective treatment plan for bile reflux gastritis.Methods: The case study subjects were all from the Guang’anmen Hospital of the Chinese Academy of Traditional Chinese Medicine(Jinan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine),and 60 cases were collected in strict accordance with the criteria for case selection.Divide into treatment group and control group according to random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional Western medicine;The treatment group was treated with Qinlian Wendan Tang combined with Wubei San and conventional Western medicine.Both groups require treatment for 4 weeks.After treatment,statistical analysis was conducted on the gender and age of the two groups of patients,as well as the TCM symptom scores,TCM symptom efficacy,and comprehensive disease efficacy before and after treatment.Explore the therapeutic effect of Qinlian Wendan Tang combined with Wubei Powder on patients with spleen stomach dampness heat type bile reflux gastritis,record the safety indicators during the treatment process,and evaluate the treatment safety.Result: According to the case selection criteria,59 cases were actually included.Among them,there were 29 cases in the treatment group and 30 cases in the control group.1.General information: A total of 26 males and 33 females.The age of illness is concentrated around 40 years old.There was no statistical difference between the two groups in terms of gender,age,TCM symptom score before treatment,Gastric mucosa inflammation before treatment,and bile reflux before treatment(P>0.05),which was comparable.2.Traditional Chinese Medicine Symptoms: There was a statistical difference in the scores of traditional Chinese medicine symptoms between the two groups of patients before and after treatment(P<0.05),and the symptoms of both groups of patients improved after treatment;There was a statistical difference(P<0.05)between the treatment group and the control group in the score of traditional Chinese medicine symptoms after treatment,and the treatment group had a greater reduction in the total score of traditional Chinese medicine symptoms.Single integral of traditional Chinese medicine symptoms: The treatment group has a better effect on treating the main symptoms of abdominal fullness or pain,body fatigue,and sticky or loose stools than the control group(P<0.05);Traditional Chinese Medicine Syndrome Efficacy: There was a statistical difference(P<0.05)between the treatment group and the control group in the efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome after treatment,and the treatment group was superior to the control group.3.Comprehensive efficacy: The total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.1%,while the total effective rate of the control group was76.7%,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The efficacy of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.4.Safety evaluation: Both groups showed no abnormalities in all safety indicators before and after treatment,and no significant adverse reactions occurred during the treatment process.Conclusion: The combination of Qinlian Wendan Tang and Wubei San has a significant effect on treating spleen stomach dampness heat type bile reflux gastritis,and has outstanding advantages in improving traditional Chinese medicine symptoms.During the medication period,there were no obvious adverse reactions and the safety was high.The combination of Qinlian Wendan Tang and Wubei San has clinical value in treating spleen stomach dampness heat type bile reflux gastritis.
