| Background:In recent years,the finding ratio of patients of bile reflux gastritis is getting increasingly higher with the help of fiber gastroscope,Whose morbidity has swung sharply up in modern society.Bile Reflux Gastritis(BRG)has been a common clinical and frequently-occurring disease.A huge amount of related studies have been investigated from its various aspects,for examples:pathogeny,pathology,symptoms diagnosis and treatment,and so on,where we have made great progresses.But we are not clear about its definite pathogenesis so far.Also,there has been no agreement about the uniform treatment.The pure western medicine treatment mostly use symptomatic treatment,including neutralizing bile,acid-suppressive drugs,and promoting gastrointestinal motility,ect.And the therapeutic effects vary.In present,there are plenty of TCM theories and clinical practices on the the etiology and pathogenesis,syndrome distribution and syndrome differentiation of BRG The treatment concept that treatment varies with different individuals and unique dialectical treatment of TCM,combining with western medicinal therapy,has made positive effects and remarkable advantages.Consequently,the kind of comprehensive therapy has been a treatment tendency in recent years.Objective:Through observing and evaluating the clinical efficacy of Jianpi Wenzhong prescription combining the western medicinal to treat the BRG of deficiency-cold in spleen and stomach,the theoretical basis for the treatment of BRG with Jianpi Wenzhong will be explored and provided.The paper aims to introduce certain informations and experiences about the treatment of BRG for reference.Methods:Divide 60 patients who are diagnosed with BRG and up to the inclusion criteria into control group and treatment group by random digital table method,including 30 patients each group.Then,prescription with Almagate Suspension with oral to the treatment group,and using Almagate Suspension with oral about the control group.Both of them the total treatment time is eight weeks.And then observe,record and analyzed the treatment results of the changes of TCM syndrome about the two groups before and after treatment in patients.Results:Thourgh comparing and analysising the results of the two groups,got the results which have been articulated in the following aspects:(1)Comprehensive clinical efficacy:in the control group,the effective rate was 70.00%,in which of them,0 case was cured,6 cases were noticablely effective,15 cases were effective,as well as 9 cases were ineffective;in the treatment group,the effective rate was 96.67%,among of which,there were 3 researches were cured,10 were significantly effective,16 were effective,and 11 were ineffective.It was remarkably higher in the treatment group than the control group in the aspect of curative effect(P<0.05);(2)The efficacy of the main TCM syndromes:the effective rate was 93.33%about the treatment group,and the effective rate was 80.00%in the control group.So,the curative effect about the treatment group was significantly higher than the treatment group(P<0.05).(3)The score of the syndromes of the traditional Chinese medicine:The curative effect of the treatment group in some respects,for example,continuously faint stomach pain,mental fatigue,limb fatigue which will be attacked and aggravated as the cold,Spit out water and diarrhea,was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Comparing with the pure Western medicine treatment,the method of combining prescription with western medicine has obvious clinical curative effect.In this way,we can evidently get the advantages to improve the patients' syndromes of the traditional Chinese medicine.There is neither the adverse reactions occured,nor the unsafe or lethal cases in the examination.The therapy has definite clinical value. |
