| Objectives: The purpose of this study is to summarize and excavate the clinical experience and the regularity of prescription to treat chronic atrophic gastritis with intestinal metaplasia by professor Liu Qiquan,in order to experience the reference for the inheritance of the old and famous TCM doctors' treatment experience and to provide some thinking and references of scientific research and clinical practice for the treatment of CAG with IM through TCM.Methods: This research collected 286 effective cases that were definitely diagnosed of CAG with IM and treated by Liu Qiquan in Hebei Province Traditional Chinese Medical Hospital spleen and stomach department from October 2014 to October 2016,then entered a software called The inheritance of traditional Chinese medicine auxiliary system(V2.5)which had been developed and researched by The design team of the China Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences.Using the data mining method of the software,including the integrated rule analysis,improved mutual information method,entropy clustering,etc,to analyze the Chinese drug laws to treat CAG with IM by Professor Liu Qiquan and the drug characteristics of the commonly used prescription.To explore new ideas and ways for the treatment of CAG with IM.Results:1 Basic situation: 286 cases of patients have 145 cases of male and 141 cases of female;the largest number of people is at the age 50-69;the frequency in the former three of clinical symptoms respectively are stomach bilges,stomach pain,belching;tongue to dark red tongue,yellow greasy moss,pulse string slide;according to the classification of diseases in western medicine,more with mild and moderate IM,accompanied with erosion is 174;according to the classification of diseases in TCM,172 cases are gastric blockade,and 114 cases are epigastric pain;according to the classification of TCM syndromes,the most is gastric stasis syndrome,next is damp-heat syndrome of spleen and stomach.2 Analysis of prescriptions: from the statistical results of the drugs' four characters,showing that the frequency of warm drugs and cold drugs account for a higher proportion,the proportion respectively is about 48.02% and 35.56%;from the five flavors of Chinese medicine statistics show that bitter and pungent drugs with a higher proportion,respectively 36.19% and 33.40%;from the statistical results of the drugs' channel tropism in the prescriptions,showing that channel tropism of spleen,stomach and liver have the highest frequency;prescription using frequency in more than 40 times are 44 tastes,according to the classification of functions,and a total of 14 kinds of drugs are used,and heat-clearing drugs and qi-regulating drugsuse the highest frequency,followed by blood-activating,nourishing yin and tranquilizing drugs;through the analysis of the association rules,finally 8 core drugs include Shi Changpu,Lily,Turmeric,Radix Paeoniae Alba,Rhizoma Corydalis,Angelica,Poria and Dandelion can be showed.Based on correlation analysis,through a complex system entropy clustering algorithm,3-5 clustering core new flavor combination,through unsupervised hierarchical clustering entropy,get 9 new prescriptions for the treatment of CAG with IM.Conclusions:1 Based on theoretical research combined with data mining results,it embodies Liu Qiquan for the treatment of CAG with IM clinical medicine multisymplectic open and bitter down,cold and warm,that toxic heat and blood stasis is the key pathogenesis,to detoxify,invigorate the circulation of Qi and blood throughout,while not forgetting to protecting Yin fluid and emotional nursing.And 9 new prescriptions for treating CAG with IM have been developed,which will be conducive to inherit and innovate academic thought and clinical experience of Professor Liu Qiquan.2 Based on the data mining technology,the patients' basic situation,the medication and the prescription rule can be collected and analyzed by the Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Support System software,this system provides provides a good platform for in-depth analysis and mining professor Liu Qiquan for the treatment of CAG with IM experience,and it is beneficial to the summary and inheritance of the old and famous TCM doctors' treatment experience,so it is worthy of further promotion and application. |
