Clinical Observation Of Balance Needle Combined With Filiform Fire Needle In The Treatment Of Frozen Shoulder

Objective: To compare the clinical efficacy and advantages of balancing acupuncture combined with milli-fire acupuncture and oral celecoxib capsules in the treatment of frozen shoulder,and to explore a more optimal clinical treatment plan for this disease.Methods: In this study,60 patients who were clearly diagnosed with periarthritis of the shoulder joint and met the criteria of nadir were randomly assigned to the observation group(balanced acupuncture combined with Filiform Fire Needle group)and the control group(oral celecoxib capsule group)from October 2021 to October 2022,with 30 patients in each group.The observation group was treated 5 times a week consecutively for 4 weeks,for a total of 20 treatments;the control group was treated with oral celecoxib capsules,0.2 g/time,once/day,orally after meals,for 4 weeks.The visual analogue scale(VAS),pre-treatment and post-treatment shoulder mobility scores(Melle score)and total efficacy assessment were studied by recording the visual analogue score(VAS)at different observation time points(before treatment,after 5 min of treatment,after 30 min of treatment,after 24 h of treatment,after 1 w of treatment,after 2 w of treatment and after 4 w of treatment)in both groups.The clinical efficacy of the two groups in the treatment of frozen shoulder was studied.The data recorded above were analyzed using SPSS26.0 statistical software.Results:1.The general data of patients(age,gender and disease duration)were compared,and the differences were not statistically significant(P >0.05),and were comparable.2.VAS score comparison: intra-group comparison: the VAS score of the observation group after treatment of 5min,treatment 30 min,treatment24h,treatment 1w,treatment 2w and treatment 4w were all reduced compared with the previous treatment time,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the VAS score of the control group after treatment 24 h and 1w of treatment was lower than that of the previous treatment time.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the difference between the remaining time point VAS score and the previous treatment time point was not significant(P>0.05).Comparison between groups: The VAS scores of the observation group after 5 min of treatment,30 min of treatment,24 h of treatment,1w of treatment,2w of treatment and 4w of treatment were compared with the control group,and the difference between the two groups after 5 min,30 min,24 h,2 w and4 w of treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).3.Comparison of Melle scores: Intra-group comparison: Melle scores of the two groups were significantly lower after treatment than before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Comparison between groups: The Melle score in the observation group was statistically significant compared to the control group(P<0.05)after treatment.It was shown that Filiform Fire Needle combined with balance needle was superior to the control group in improving shoulder joint movement.4.Clinical efficacy evaluation: the observation group was better than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).Conclusion:1.Balanced acupuncture combined with Filiform Fire Needle and oral celecoxib capsules for frozen shoulder can improve clinical symptoms.2.The efficacy of balance acupuncture combined with Filiform Fire Needle in the treatment of frozen shoulder is significantly more significant than that of oral celecoxib capsules,and its effect of improving joint mobility is better than that of oral celecoxib capsules.3.Balanced acupuncture combined with Filiform Fire Needle for frozen shoulder has a fast onset,obvious immediate effect,good overall efficacy and stable curative effect.
